What we hear in this duet is not really Renee Fleming and Andreas Scholl but the Divinity shining through their performance of Handel's magnificent duet. No sooner am I stunned by Renee's range than Andreas breaks through, and then both soar. Astounding, beautiful, transcendent. Thank you.
Andreas Scholl is killing it! To me it seems many female duets clash in comparison to this duet. It seems his smoothness and consistency even pulls Renee into a smoother execution.
