Great video. Im 33 and a hardergainer.ive been working for 15 years and always eat like this to gain. I usually put on 40lbs in 30 days. My carbs are 1-1.5lbs of pasta every day and 1 pancake meal which consists of 200 carbs. I dont use syrup or sauce for the pasta. My protein is usually 8oz of ground turkey with every meal and 3 whole eggs mixed in my pancake batter and I have one 50g protein shake post workout with milk and 1 cup of rolled oats in my shake. Figure out your maintenance caloric intake and then add like 500 calories or until you start gaining like 1-1.5 pounds per week. You’ll put on size fast.

This was very close to my college diet (8-10 years ago). I will say though that I realized later that eating all that wheat made me uncomfortably full and no matter how much I worked out I still had a pop belly when I consume that much wheat, as I feel most people do as well. I feel rice and potatoes are healthier and doesn’t make me feel as bloated. But eating all that wheat will put some pounds on

S A L best advice is to start counting your calories with literally everything you eat. I have a crazy fast metabolism too and weighed in at 115 at the beginning of November. I’ve been eating 4-5k calories/day. (2,000 in meals and a 2,500 calorie shake). All that along with a daily non cardio intensive workout. I’ve been able to gain about a Lb a day and now I’m at 138 at a month’s time

You may not be eating as much as you think or you could be doing to much cardio in your workouts. One thing i did that helped me alot was add a shake where i blended some oats, milk, protein powder, peanut butter and a banana into one and had that on top of my other food every day
