    Thanks for demonstrating how to properly use fresh fruit and veggies. I appreciate that you showed yourself properly rinsing off the produce before juicing it. I’m not sure why some eat it straight out of the packaging. It’s not worth having a greater chance of getting sick by skipping vital steps.

    Thank you for sharing about Lent. I became Catholic a year ago- after simple protestantism. I did a two day water fast at the beginning of this last week of Lent. I have done a 10 day Daniel fast and I have numerous juicing fasts but never am able to fully go vegan. We stopped eating pork two years ago as a family. I would love the ability to have plant based diet in my family. Also, I’m also an Olivia ❤

    I did the same for spring, as it marks the true new year for me, being that's when things grow. I absolutely love that the whole family is on board. I became plant based 3 years ago, so my older children aren't, neither is dad. My 1 year young baby is and he is motivating my 8 year young son. It is truly challenging trying to get the household on board and expensive because the food shopping is done to accommodate myself and the meat eaters 🫠

    I've recently started following your channel and feel compelled to transition to a whole foods plant based diet for my health.
    However, I have two questions as the information out there is so confusing and conflicting.
    1. Fruit is very high in sugar, and it seems you eat a lot of it in one day. From smoothies to snacks etc. Is there a limit per day? And can it lead to things like diabetes?
    2. I've always been told there's a limit to the amount of bananas you can have per day, is this true? As I've noticed your smoothies contain quite a lot.
    I'm new to this so please forgive me. I'm just trying to understand why it's ok to eat so much fruit that is high in sugar. A video educating people
    on this topic more would be great. I know it will certainly help me feel confident on adopting this lifestyle. Thanks

    New to watching raw and raw vegan and juicing..would u direct me to the written plan so I understand how raw works..mostly i hear how people eat but that's not the whole story ..I was wfpb sos free started out with Chef aj. .I need the plan so I can adapt it for my needs. I have some scary things I've been walking through so
    I need the BASIC plan..I do not need nuts and other fats some can adapt to... because of my heart and blood sugar issues. So I need to do raw healthy. So thank u for considering sending link on the basic food plan..you are about the 5th person who have videos here... and I have no response..I need some basic paperwork I can print out so again thanks i hope you have some wisdom on this. ❤ bless u..

      Hey basically, you are just not eating cooked food... So just fruit veg, salads, nuts seeds, etc.

    Does this juicer extract a lot of juice? My current juicer seems to leave the pulp pretty wet, so I’m trying to find a juicer that gets the most juice out. Especially if spending a pretty penny on it.

      I calculated my calories for the day and it was 2500 which is about what I’m used to! So I got plenty!

    can you recommend anything similar in UK currency from UK as as I did go on the website and its all in US dollars please. I will check the fitness video out in in 7 months of workout and reducing my fats and sugar salt I'm trying to eat raw and as well.     My issues are leaky gut, bipolar, paranoid schizophrenia, ADD, partial autism, damaged teeth, gastritis, colitis, anti-social personality disorder, astigmatism/terrible vision, lymphedema in the legs and arms, deeply ingraded athlete's foot in both feet, depression, scrunched up penis, hernia, heavy metal toxicity, dizziness, lightheadedness, jock itch, Pulverman's syndrome, post nasal drip, partial diarrhea, receeding gums, psoriasis, and dandruff.
    My current treatments are extended straight ACV footsoaks, elongated urine retention enema therapy, celery juice consumption first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, walks when the sun is at it's peak/stretching/vigorous arms and legs massaging, cacao intake(including ceremony), high fiber salad intake, fresh urine spiked with cacao powder and cayenne pepper footsoaks, cacao powder eyedrops application, ACV epidermal applications, turmeric intake, detoxification "chili"(like whole onion and garlic(including the green stuff), ACV, honey, cinnamon, cacao, tomatoe, olive oil, green bell pepper, fresh mint, cayenne pepper, black pepper, fresh turmeric, fresh ginger, and pink Himalayan salt), both forearms stinging nettle wackage, two and a half hour long makeshift homemade cacao pudding fingerpainted genitals application, testicular cacao water soak, a successful cacao powder fortified urine retention enema, and an unsuccessful one that was also enhanced with cayenne pepper that shot right back out due to burnage.

    I would love to go raw vegan but I don’t understand how you guys can eat so much and not become overweight? Someone care to explain. I know you have to eat a lot to get a good amount of protein but for how long are your workouts because with this amount of food you have to burn something off. I’m genuinely interested in it.

    These videos are so grounding for me..I have a demanding job and find myself mentally and physically exhausted most of the week and while I try to prep my food (I work 10 hour days) some days are harder to prep vegan. Your videos restore a light and give me a sense of empowerment and inspiration to keep going even when I’m the only person I’m my household that chooses to eat this way…thank you from the bottom of my ❤

    Sweet potatoes are super easy to grow (I grow them year round in south FL) + fun to harvest, but will quickly take over your space😳 if you don't keep them in check. The sweet potato greens are edible & delicious😋. Nipping the greens off then using them as you would spinach is a good way to tame the growth without wasting perfectly good produce🙂. If the leaves are yellow, that means there's a sweet potato underground🥳. Happy planting🤗

    I love Fully Raw Kristina- she's amazing- love that you did a video based on what she eats in a day. I've been wanting to incorporate at least one day a week of fully raw, especially as we move into Spring and Summer! We've been making super strong ginger juices on a regular basis and notice that we are less sore after intense workouts. Ginger helps remove and flush lactic acid from the muscles- who knew!

      While not a raw-foodist, do try to eat high raw on my plant based diet and love Cristina too. Had the pleasure of meeting her on her book launch in Atlanta. She is amazing.     I find it so hard to eat raw when it’s cold and rainy outside, I just crave warm, creamy, heavy starches and sweets. How do you still find the inspiration to eat this way in the winter, especially when you all were still in Nebraska where it wasn’t like a tropical winter at all? Thanks!

    We live off grid and have solar power. We do not have enough power to use a blender or other appliances that most people have. We do have a small fridge, but that’s all our system can handle. What would you suggest for people who don’t have the normal appliances?

    Great video, I follow the nutritarian diet, juice, smoothie big salad then a soup for supper time. Really trying to give up coffee, but I do enjoy it. Also loved your conversation with Ellen. One of the best podcast she's done. Hope you will join her again. ❤️

    I appreciate the advice of going with your intuition when it comes to eating. Sometimes you feel like going fully raw, sometimes you feel like raw til 4, and sometimes you eat all cooked food. Find what feels good! Wish I could join you all in Costa Rica one of these days but as I teacher I can only take vacations in April or the summer. Hope you all have an amazing time! Can’t wait to watch the post vacation videos 😊

      The fresh fruit you say 300 calories but others are eating it. This calorie count is way off. In reality you are a fraction of the calories you presented as you miscounted and shared food with others which is okay. Just would like an objective video
