Love your family and your values! That said May I point out how incredibly great you look after giving birth not to long ago!!! 🙌 it is a testament to eating WFPB ❣️ So so healthy and the one thing that gets very little attention is the body odor on this lifestyle is little to not existent! I remember being on the SAD lifestyle and no matter what I did there was always this underlying scent that was nasty to me. Now having been living a vegan lifestyle I have no body odor in the private region.
I digress everyone should be focused on this way of eating to be clean, clear and bright ! Just my 2 cents. 🙏🤙😎

I, too like how small it is! My dream store would be a store with nothing but organic, fresh fruits, veggies and hardly any processed foods. We eat mostly organic and I do the vast majority of my shopping at Costco. Our Costco has organic bananas, fresh berries, spinach, lettuce, cucumber, etc. I also buy all the frozen berries from Costco…nuts and seeds, pasta, organic single ingredient ramen noodles. Then I do my small side shopping at either Kroger or Trader Joe’s depending on what I need.

I live in Australia and we sadly do not have the variety like you. We have Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Costco and some small independent grocers. We don’t get the same products that America does in Aldi. Most plant milk in Australia has oil added to it. I have found an oat milk that is clean but it costs a fortune. I wait till it’s on special and buy a lot. I’m still trying to find a good Soy milk here. Most have added sugar, oil and gums. Costco here doesn’t stock the things you guys have. Love your videos. Thank you so much xx

Our food prices here in New Zealand aren't nearly as cheap. Wish i could afford organic but it's impossible and there just isn't enough organic produce to eat a variety. I buy the bulk of my fresh fruits and vegetables from a local veg shop and most of the in season crops come from a local farm so I like knowing I'm supporting a local farmer and the veg is freshly picked. I buy oats, dried beans/lentils organic in bulk from online. Then everything else from the local supermarket. It's definitely a juggling act and i have to make everything from scratch. No expensive pre made health foods 😅

I live near a small, midwestern town and our grocery options are dillons/kroger and walmart. The former has its own natural/organic store brand called Simple Truth. I've not done the research to verify how simple or truthful it really is but i buy it. We also have an Aldis and i went there today on a grocery adventure. Interesting though seemingly random assortment of stuff. Some organics but quite a bit of packaged, ready made stuff. Nearest natural grocery is actually called Natural Grocer and is an hour away. Your big three are 2+ hours away. You figure out how to work with what you have!

@@EatMoveRest Wildly easy, but have not found a way to use it in my hot coffee without it splitting (coffee is too acidic), so I use my unsweetened WestLife soy for that (which drives me bananas because my soymilk has the same ingredients as theirs, so why does theirs work?!). Works great in every other capacity though! Soak 1/2 c. organic soybeans for 12 hrs. After 12 hrs, drain and rinse beans. Combine beans with 3.5-4 c. (I like mine richer, so I do the lesser amount) in my Vitamix and whiz until smooth. Drain through milk bag into saucepan and squeeze out milk bag. (You can use the leftover pulp, okara, for all kinds of recipes!) Heat on med heat and continue stirring. The froth should go down a bit with each stir. When it doesn't, and stays frothy, it's done. I decant into a Mason jar and let cool before putting in fridge. I don't use any salt or sweetener and think it tastes great, but others may want flavourings. Let me know if you try it! xo

How do you keep your produce fresh in the Florida heat? I really struggle keeping my produce last more than a week in tropical Queensland.

Don’t have any of these stores where I live, unfortunately. Closest is 2 hours away. But I do load up the coolers every few months to make grocery runs/road trips. Speaking of, how are keeping everything cool while you shop at the other stores? It’s soooo hot outside rn🥵
P.S. The hubs and I saw Nate Bargatze recently…he is so stinking funny! His delivery is just the best! 😂

Where do you guys live? I'm in North Carolina and the big stores like Costco are just too far away. Yes, Nate Bergatzi is hilarious!

Family of 5 as well and we shop the same stores except BJs Wholesale instead of Costco since it’s more local for us. Curious how you get that huge supply of bananas ? Do you also big batch purchase other fruits/veggies?

Great video.. I eat and do what you do. I love Trader Joe's. I don't have a Whole Foods nearby but love Fresh Thyme and go about 3 times a week. Interesting note on when to eat your hearty foods. Also can't wait to make your tofu meat scramble.
Question. I thought it wasn't good for women, especially over 40, to have too much soy. How do you feel about that? I see you only drink soy milk and with the tofu, do you ever feel it's too much?

When you freeze the grapes, do you have to let them thaw a bit before eating? Or do they not freeze completely?
