Yes!! That’s why I just hit the slush instead of frozen juice. I figured it wouldn’t be that frozen. Second try my husband went to level 5 and that was too high 😅
Hi! I got it .. ❤ - but now 6 days in - it does randomly make noise - a scraping .. I looked at the condenser today - and has lots of scratches - hoping we are not drinking metal shavings ??? (Did notice what you were saying about the rim / lip near pour spout too) -alsooo- allulose liquid does work! And also noticed you can use 3 sodas and 1 can of water - cuts the sugar down a bit … also tried those individual drink powers- sugar free - 1 pouch for like 16 oz of water - used 2 and 1 teaspoon of allulose - perfect 🎉

You could definitely use that setting, but looking over the manual I chose to use the slushi option to get the consistency we wanted from the Ninja Slushi. You can toggle higher or lower for your preference on the right side of the machine, within reason. :)
Pro tip: add the ninja email address to VIP in your Mail program (iPhone owners). That way when you get the email, you will automatically receive a notification. I missed out yesterday too, but when I received the email notification today, I ordered immediately. Also, you need to sign up for the waitlist again. You will not receive another notification otherwise.

I’m really not liking this machine at all. I’ve made 2 drinks and both were not so great. Those preset buttons seem worthless like my microwave. I did pineapple juice according to the ninja test kitchen and it’s mostly liquid. Root beer was so yuck. I’m confident they didn’t test anything. 😢
For us, it works beautifully, it's just the cleaning issue with the plastic piece that's poorly designed on the vessel. Do you like apple cider? Try making an apple cider slush. If it's not freezing well, that's a whole different issue.
I normally like ninja products, but holy cow, what a waste of electricity!! They keep coming out with things to keep us cooler, but there are only TWO things that are making us hotter, and that is: Millionaires' jets and the promotion of overpopulation (instead of helping nations do something about it); more people living now than any time in history; less clean water and more native plants and animals killed to make room for all these people:; new landfills being filled with junk that's sold to these people (and in the sales pitch of living the American Dream - have your house filled with useless junk); more manufacturing wastes more water, produces more refuse; toxic chemicals are released into our air... I could go on, but the elephant in the room is that the earth is too heavily overpopulated. Think about when you stand in a small elevator with two people. You're comfortable. Now imagine standing in the same little elevator packed like sardines with other people. You feel their hot breath all around you, and the quality of the air you breathe diminishes. The earth can only supply us with so much clean air and water, and when the delicate balance is offset, then the earth will decide that its time to shake us off. Our planet is a living entity, and it hasn't been around this long by being stupid. We are nothing but fleas to it. Stop the madness. (Side note: It's very late [or very early, to be more accurate], and lack of sleep may have contributed to this rant)

If you wanted to make more could you just add more mix to the chamber and make another batch or do you have to clean it and start fresh.

Can hold it frozen for 12 hrs. Which is nice. Mix up full, and enjoy for 12 hrs. Makes sense.

So after 12 hours can you shut it off and turn it back on for another 12 hours?
Why not use the frozen juice setting for the ingredients you added?

That will depend on the mixture and the amount. This took 15-18 mins. 15 it was nice, but was even better at 18 - hope that helps!
