These look pretty and such a great price but some of the reviews are wild! A few talking about a recent redrum in the complex. Many issues with repair work orders, and lots of car breakins. Sheesh. And here I thought reviews about other apartments problems with dog poop and broken elevators and fire alarms constantly going off were bad. I'm looking for a place there, but it's going to be hard to choose. Keep doing what you do, you really are doing an awesome job, and all of your Insight is so helpful!
@@carolinelopez91 it's all relative, even the nicest places are going to have some kind of issues. I guess it's just about finding the place that has the least annoying list lol
@@FlyLikeDove I would really suggest touring places. I have friends that live in some of those "bad review" apartments and they have no issues at all. It's likely people with bad credit scores or don't meet the income req spamming the reviews cause they are upset they couldn't get accepted or people who think the sky is gonna fall in cause a small issue came up. When I moved here, it was impossible to find an apartment that didn't have multiple bad reviews. To believe that every single apartment in Vegas has car break ins, insect issues and racism, is ridiculous.
@@davidbowman2038 yeah I'm aware of that part, just some in particular really get to me - like a bugs of any kind. I took my first actual tour the other day and I'm already in love with the place I looked at. There are two or three more I want to take a look into too.

Thanks for Sharing Your Videos I have lived in Vegas 8 years! Henderson is Best for Renting Safer and Cleaner!
I know I appreciate when you post those crime stats. Thank you!
Thank you! 😎🙏
I'll never understand why they would charge pet rent on top of a pet fee & pet deposit. I mean they wouldn't charge extra per month for a child.
Well said.

With these apartments, do they charge the community utilities instead of the meter to your unit ?
