Thanks for haring your recipes. Your tutorials are easy to follow, and enjoy the quietness of your lovely voice and no music. These all look amazing, and easy to adapt/ substitute ingredients for personal likes. I always want to reach into your video with a spatula to scrape out ingredients left behind in the prep bowls!
I just found your channel and I’m so glad it was recommended to me on my feed!😊 Your content is amazing, thank you for being and sharing such detailed recipes with nutrition facts too 🙏 Would you also include measurements by weight? I realize it is quite a lot of work on top of what you already share with us, would greatly appreciate if you could 🙏😊
@@sillibake in metric? Or would that be too much to ask? I love your recipes, I'm American but live in Australia.... I've found that, especially in baking, metric is much more precise, that aside, ANY measurement in weight would be awesome because it's more easily convertible. The reason folks ask for this but a lot of cooks don't know the reason why is that "standard" measures are NOT standard around the world. A cup in the USA is 230 ml but in Australia is 250 ml. A tablespoon in the USA = 15 ml but in Australia = 20 ml. I know that other countries also have different measures, this is why using weight for dry ingredients is needed.
If you haven’t made oat flour at home it’s very simple, add your oats to a high speed blender or spice grinder and blend for 30 seconds or so and you have oat flour. Hope that helps 😊

So instead of making oat flour could I just use whole oatmeal so it had chewy consistency like an oatmeal cookie?
I haven’t tried it myself but it should work, the consistency will be different. You could also do a combination of both rolled oats and oat flour.

@@sillibake Thanks!
My pleasure 😊
Great idea for texture
One question, do the silicone liners need to be buttered or do they release without?
They release without. They are great for muffins!
