This is my fav award show. I love how they honored their culture. I am full blood Navajo and I really respect those who shine light onto their heritage. Jimin actually was given a special award for bringing recognition to the fan dance. The music, instruments and dance was just beautiful. Great reaction! 💜😊🫶🏽

The looks on their faces were priceless! ETA: it was a concert in Thailand, and staff held up the stage, while other staff tried to repair it.
This is my absolute favourite. I know lots prefer 2019, but this one to me is perfect. The Idol intro with 3J is so gorgeous, and I love the re-arrangement of the song here.

Bang PD and the production team at BigHit are THE BEST, so much creativity and understanding of how to make a stage performance stand out - and of course you have a team of 7 most professional, dedicated and talented members to deliver whatever you set your mind to. I highly recommend you to watch the so-called episodes about the behind the scenes of these shows at Enjoy BTS more channel, it has them all with English subtitles, It gives you an inner look on how they prepare - it is so rare to see that by artists of this level. (or any artist really) AND another must watch are the dance practices for these award shows, as unfortunately -even in 2018 or 2019 the camerawork on the shows doesn't really showcase all the amazing moves and fantastic choreographies and dance-breaks they prepare. J-Hope's dance in idol intro is stunning, you'll see it in the practice video how intricate it is....that man is the beat himself, and Fake Love choreography is one of the best they've ever done. 💜
Just for some context for you....around this time BTS was getting a lot of hate for being too "westernized" because they had really grown globally. What a perfect way for BTS to clapback at the haters with Idol.
