I'm just starting to get back into karate....had a second cranionomy in 2015 and have been apprehensive because doctors said NO CONTACT SPORTS....I thought and prayed.....then went to a karate Institute and after watching the class I was approached by an instructor.....(TANG SOO DO) and asked about joining...I told her I couldn't do contact sports anymore and why then she smiled and asked me , what about forms ? I didn't know and the more I thought about it and watched the classes and went to TH-cam I came across one of your videos with Sensi Dru......everything was so fluid but the person with the camera impressed me. You made sense and showed it as I came to this video my eyes opened and now I know I can continue and grow learn and teach being secure of and in myself.....I am the test!!! No my friend, I love BJJ. Just add these kicks as another option.
