    You do very important work, and you do it well. You likely know it, but don't show pride or arrogance. I think you have a strong sense of service. I'm grateful. What you do helps make my life better. Thank you.

    I photographed a ballet class for elite dance kids. The teacher who trains international ballerinas advised the kids to stand on one leg whilst brushing their teeth, to help their balance. I do that daily as the tooth brush is a reminder to balance ! And also now do it whilst the kettle boils or the microwave is going. 10 min jacket potato could an a wobble too far though 😂

    I think Will is wonderful; his discussion of falls, so common, painful and dangerous among seniors, and his exercises to help with this problem is brilliant

    Hi Will…hey,these exercises are tough,however,they do with practice give one “an idea where they are in space “…well said Will…as the Stoics observed;‘It’s in accord with nature and nothing that’s in accord with nature is bad’…thank you for your excellent portrayal of the difficulty in the mastery of life sustaining efforts well spent…❤️

    Thank you Will. I struggle with balance. I had an episode of vertigo recently and my walking longer distances is uncomfortable. My neurologist is trying to figure it out, but I’ll definitely do these exercises. I appreciate the your time in making these videos.

    Hi, thank you for these exercises. I’ve noticed lately that I’ve been subconsciously putting my one leg out a little to balance myself. Many of my older friends have fallen and the consequences are so more serious than if they were younger. I also work in a complex for older folks, and I’ve noticed that after a fall, it seems as though their mental state is affected. I’m not sure what the connection might be, but it’s happened so often that I think there must be one. I would like to know your thoughts on this.

    Hi Will. I am male, late 60's and I have "acquired" something called " Diastasis Recti ". I don't know how I got it, as this usually applies to women and pregnancy, I am not either.
    I wondered if maybe you can do a video about it and how to get rid of the "bulge" if that's possible to do, or am I stuck with the bulge ?
    Thanks for your videos Will, they are extremely interesting and very helpful 😊👍
    PS. I have also bought some of your books to use with your videos. They are excellent books and I'm looking forward to the release of your new ones.

    Will, my right leg is shorter than the left because it didn't heal properly after it broke from a fall. I'm almost 62. My leg is 2 inches sorter than my left. What can I do to help me not fall when I walk?

    • @estherhidalgo9829
      @estherhidalgo9829 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, you didn’t say if you have a lift on the shorter leg to make it even. I think that is the first step. Then doing the extraordinary balance exercises Will is showing us. I just started today, and I will have do do the second one till I master it. Good luck!

    Wear barefoot style shoes, so you have proper brain/ foot proprioception. Those highly cushioned shoes that squash toes interfere with balance and cause falls
