There are so many people that do not understand how incredibly REAL the spiritual realm is. It is 100% much more real than this physical "natural" realm that we are currently living in. The spiritual realm is eternal. I've been a major fan of McKayla since the olympics and I know a lot of younger people who look up to her. I am so beyond happy that this girl is on fire for God and filled with the Holy Spirit. She can't keep quiet about it and praise God for giving her the courage to continue to speak up and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
Praise the Lord you both know the Gospel. I encourage you to seek the Scriptures and compare them to the teachings of your pastor...I even do this is at my own church to be mindful of the teaching I take in. Anything that contradicts Scripture should be noted. Jesus and His Word is the greatest treasure, more than any feeling a church can give you, because feelings won't last but God's Word will. He is the only One that saves, by His grace alone.
Yes, there are people who have the gift of prophecy through the Holy Spirit. There are also apostles (messengers) that are called to travel and share the Good News of Jesus Christ. God is the same yesterday, today, and forever... everything that occurred during Jesus' human ministry is still occurring to this day through the power of His Holy Spirit.
