On the first hole I saw you looking at the watch. Know that the watch gets its distance from the GPS on the app. So if the phone is on the cart, 30 yards away, the watch will give you the distance on the cart. Also there is a free version available, but the free version doesn't have all the functionality unlocked.
nah, they said the app said 160, but the marker on the course said 134, so he hit it 160, it was just 30 yards too far because apparently the gps yardage was off compared to the course
I saw them looking at the app on the watch. But the watch gets its distance from the GPS on the phone app. So if his phone was on his cart or with the filmers... it wouldnt be accurate. You need to have the phone where you hit from.
Guys jsyk, you don’t need to sign up or pay at all. I’ve only used the free version. I’m not good enough to need to know slopes etc. give me the distance and I’m set.
I've used both, 18 birdies is better in my opinion. And it'll give you a trackable handicap in the free version unlike the Grint that wants you to pair it up to a service you have to pay for

I was going to post the exact same thing. Dude isn't much of a reporter if he let that slip
And he could’ve easily tested it by walking to the cart, checking it, walking to the hole without phone, checking it.
How accurate is it with slope and wind?
165 with a PW?!
There is a free version, but it does not include the AI teaching function.
So you're saying he hit his PW 195yds! wow
Yeah sometime about that ain’t adding up

@loganboyd 160 for a PW is still pretty impressive tho!
didn't know there was not a free version to continue using after the trail period ends ....thanks
There is a free version, just have to click the X in the upper right hand corner
@@garyvale8347 you don’t have to get the membership

Anyone compare this to The Grint?

18 birdies is better
Hits a pitching wedge 160.
lol… I doubt he does, but impressive if true!
