I felt so bad for you had to take out steering column to put the hinges back on! I just took my doors off so i could paint the door jambs I was lucky my hinges are good !!
I watched all your door videos several times over But I can’t seem to find how you solved the issue where the bottom of you door was not lined up while the top near the handle was. There was a comment you made about having to maybe get the epoxy back out… I am very interested to hear what you did because my door lines up nearly perfectly except has the same issue at the bottom rear

Hinge bolts are frustrating butbon a C3 absolutely a nightmare on the C2. I had to buy a camera and do it by video.
