I wanted to address a few things in a comment as I feel I didn't explain my points very well in the video (something I'm trying to work on). I basically just said build some muscle and cut lol.
The main point of this video was to explain that there are people who have significant muscle masses who seem to have never bulked.
When I say they've 'never properly bulked' I'm referring to the fact that they appear to have never gained body fat even while documenting their journey of gaining muscle, meaning they never ate in a calorie surplus for an extended period of time. YES this could be due to steroid use but I truly believe it isn't because I've been able to grow significant muscle without bulking also.
From my experience with the gym, people prioritise muscle gain over everything else, when in fact for aesthetics, maintaining a low body fat is the absolutely the key factor. Also, it seems to be completely possible to gain a large about of lean mass (muscle) while prioritising a low body fat (calorie deficit/maintenance), meaning you don't have to sacrifice aesthetics for muscle gain.
I do believe it is only possible to gain muscle while in a caloric deficit to a point (newbie gains/recomp), but this lasts for much longer than most people think, newbie gains last for about 2 years of CONSISTENT training, and it could even be possible to carry on gaining muscle into the intermediate stage.
So you simply do not need to bulk and gain fat to gain muscle, it just isn't true. It's the fastest way to gain muscle obviously, but in my opinion for aesthetics the fat gain is just not worth it, and this view point is never spoken about, at least that I've seen.
If you want to increase your lifts as fast as possible / powerlift, go ahead and bulk, but if you want an aesthetic body, I truly believe it is not the best way, unless you have literally no muscle / are a completely new lifter.
Thirdly, the importance of protein is generally severely understated. It is completely vital to have an extremely high protein intake if you want to look good, build and maintain muscle. A lot of people say to eat 0.7g of protein per pound of body weight (the advice I followed), when from what I've seen, everyone who has the bodies we dream of are all eating far more protein than that, AT LEAST 1g per pound. I don't know the science but I never used to be able to retain my lifts/lean mass while cutting on 0.7g per pound, but as soon as I've minimised my calories while maximising my protein (1g per pound), I've lost fat and gained muscle at the same time.
Next, CARDIO. Oh my God how underappreciated cardio is. There is a reason everyone with insane bodies does regular cardio!!! The modern gym bro mentality of skipping cardio and leg day causes people to gain a lot of fat, even if they are gaining muscle, and then they are just stuck as a fat guy with some muscle who struggles to get rid of it and never looks good (AKA me 2 years ago). Yes, if your diet is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, then it is possible to get a great body without doing cardio, because you can simply eat extremely high protein and low calories while weight training, but the difficulty of consistently consuming a good diet is severely underappreciated, let alone a perfect diet. Doing consistent cardio allows you to have a much more lenient diet, meaning you can stay in a calorie deficit way easier, have a healthier relationship with food and on top of all of that it generally makes you healthier through training your cardiovascular system. There is a reason everyone who looks good year round is a hybrid trainer/does consistent cardio.
I think that's everything, I hope I've expained my viewpoint better here than in the video.

Nice way of adding some more detail, but I think you got the message across very concisely despite that, nice one

HITT while fasting is an other great way to burn off fat.
Just make sure to do this early in the day perberqly in the morning. Trying to wait like later in the evening is just gonna destroy you mentally

Yes mate completely agree! HIIT is probably the best form of cardio you could do for aesthetics honestly, the only reason I opt more for running is because I find HIIT and regular resistance training extremely draining, but if you can manage it absolutely go for it!

    Could you show your physique

Hi mate! Before I show any image of my physique, I want to make it very clear that I am not near the level of the people I showed in the video yet. I've struggled with body fat my entire life and have literally never had a body that resembled aesthetic until recently, but my point in the video is how much the principles have transformed my body.
This was body body after 2-3 years of bulking and cutting at the gym (clearly poorly): imgur.com/a/mNPtjTz
This is my body now after 3 months of following the principles outlined in this video: imgur.com/l4nosrR and imgur.com/a/ytEyi1P
Please note that I am very tall (2m) so it's much harder to fill my frame out with muscle, shorter people with my same lifts would probably look a lot more muscular (I know first hand through my friends). For reference, I can currently bench about 105kg. My lifts in the gym have gone up significantly through eating in a large caloric deficit over these last 3 months with 1g of protein per pound of body weight and I've clearly lost a ton of body fat.
It's nothing crazy but it's an absolutely insane difference compared to how I've ever looked before.
