    I love this mini documentary even though linsanity only lasted a month. Jeremy Lin story is one of those basketball stories that everyone loved. Also happy he got a ring before melo ( nuggets fan btw)

    I live through this while living in New York it was absolutely amazing. That's all we talked about during that stretch. You would see so many Asian people at the Garden girls that you knew never watched basketball but they were such huge fans of what this kid was doing they supported him all the way I really loved that stretch

    Was 15 y/o and now 25. Will always vividly remember every game of Linsanity. From the 1st game against NJ to the Dallas game against the defending champs and JR smith's first game as a Knick. That 2011-2012 was something special and the season that followed was even greater, everything after that point was downhill. I'm so grateful I had the time to watch every Knicks game back then and witnessed every second of Linsanity. I'll never forget going into school the day after the Lakers game and talking all my shit to everyone

    Great moment for me when I realized I was in college with a dude named Kenton before this happened. He always spoke about his family member who was decent at basketball. I used to ball with him all the time in 2009-2010. When Jeremy blew up, found out they were related.

    Lin's situation is the opposite of what would've happened if Curry joined an organization that had little faith in his development and stuck with legacy NBA talent (Monta Ellis) who served their present, rather than their future. Anyway, he's a NBA champion with that Toronto win, but what could've been is something that will alway be on my mind.

    Jeremy Lin became one of my favorite players in the league after this run ,genuinely a top tier pg, and a great leader for every tam he plays for. I miss him in the league and he deserves another shot in the league.

    Lin became Linsanity because he played in New York. If he played in Milwaukee or Oklahoma, not more than 3 media guys would talk about him. Same with Porzingis, same with Thibs winning coach of the year for bringing them into 4th place... This team has 1 decent seasons every 10 years and people lose their minds.

    There needs to be a follow-up documentary about how Lin's career was sabotaged by jealous teammates and coaches who didn't use him correctly following Linsanity.
    Even if you don't think he was that good, certainly you would have to question why he isn't even in the league anymore.

      Yeah, coaches hate humble productive players. Get him out of here! The average career for an NBA player is about 5 seasons. Not everyone can make it as a 10-15yr vet much less a HOFer, multiple MVP, All-NBA guy. He had a nice run but couldn't sustain it.
