I went to the 2020 Nam show just before the world stopped. I stopped at the Strandburg booth and was able to handle a Salen and a Boden, and they were both so light and just felt better in my hands than any guitar I’d ever felt before. I knew I had to own one. I’m a tele fan, so I went for the Salen. I just love it. I admit, it took a while to get used to how it looked but now guitars that I’ve headstocks looks funny to me. It’s just the most comfortable easiest guitar to play, and it sounds great.
Man I love strandberg. Got a boden original and it plays and Sounds like a dream. I gave it to a lot of other players to test - country, metal,… everybody was sceptical about the design or even hated it, yet everyone was blown away once holding and playing it. Just looking at those wont do them justice.
Can andertons do a short video of the strandberg models they sell. What is the difference between a traditional and a prog? Or an nx? Just give it to us in simple terms
And yet Indonesian made guitars have better fit and finish quality than Gibsons that cost upwards of $8,000. Some even ship with the neck cracked and no refunds … talk about a horror story to say the least
Strandberg are almost completely made from proprietary parts and designs. If you know anything about manufacturing and design you'll know this is very expensive.
ugly and too expensive. I'll stick with my CV Tele. You don't need much more. I also had Gibson CS Paulas and Fender CS Teles. nice to have, but way too expensive and definitely not worth 4000 euros...if you just want to play the guitar you don't need to spend more than 550 euros. just my opinion.
You can say that but if you want specific features and Brand name then you will have to pay. You can get a regular car works fine, but if you want s super car you pay a premium

One of these days I still won't have enough money to get one of these
i love these guitars. they are awesome.

Really glad there are so many salen models coming though. Love the boden, but the Salen is what got me into headless guitars.
That P90 is pretty!
5:48 Great picking
These are by far my favorite guitars to not be able to afford. And I'm 53 so- I figure I will enjoy not affording them for quite some time yet.
Was hoping there would be an essential 7
We need more left handed options Strandberg!
I really love these, I just wish I could jive with the neck...it just wasn't comfortable for me.

You need to check out those Lundgren pickups!!
Missing the dark violet burst NC7
Really want a strandberg with single coils. I'll get one at some point or make my own maybe
I wish there was a budget friendly salen
P90 model strandbergs makes me wanna cry as a poor guy.
They are months delayed on getting the Essentials into Sweetwater. Not an auspicious start to getting my first Strandberg.
It’s almost 20% more expensive across the range compared to pre NX models, that’s just ridiculous, for a Indonesian made guitar
Was really hoping for a new Masividal model.
i understand he is with Kiesel now
@@wsplatinum Oh really!!!!! That's cool.

interesting. i pull of to the side of the road to rest and watch this video
The blue one they showed was a disaster. There's a community that gets to vote on specs and most of them hated it.
I haven't watched the video yet but... this gear is way too expensive.

Why not a Jet or Harley Benton Tele shaped object? You're paying way too much for the Squier name...
No need to justify your poverty.
@@michaelvarney. You don't have to apologize for only knowing 3 chords and having to compensate with expensive guitars
