It has been a long time since I didn't comment, life in Seoul is very busy. Great vlog! The faux fur jacket is beautiful ! The NYC rental market slows down during the winter months so you may stumble across something you like at a decent price. Some folks have found better deals in Downtown Brooklyn, Williamsburg (Brooklyn), Long Island City (Queens) and Jersey City (New Jersey ) . All of these places are just a few train stops into Manhattan.

idk if you ever considered NJ - fort lee is a 10 minute commute into NY. Jersey City/Hoboken is just a train ride away as well. Rent is a lot cheaper (and you get more space).

Rent is also unaffordable for many people here in my city, in Canada, considered one of the most expenses places to live in the world. I am pleasantly surprised how the living cost by and large are more affordable in Spain, France and Italy, but I am sure residents and native in these countries have their own concerns.
