    Sir, maine first strength training gym October 2011 to April 2013 tak ki uske baad June 2022 se ab tak continuously train ho raha hu 9 years ke gap ke bad within 2 months me hi apna muscle mass gain kar liya tha jabki mujhe apane aap se bilkul umeed nahi thi ab main pehle se bhi jyada more passionately apna workout routine follow karta hu

    Mera body weight 45 kg hai

    Sir i have a question related to the same topic, Sir i left my workout in 2020 Jan , and have started working out now in 2023. Had gained weight during this phase. Also , i used to train regularly before 2020. Sir my question is , how long could be the break to regain the muscle memory as u mentioned 12-15 years , So this means that my muscle memory would be stil there ?? As i took break only for 3-4 years.

      Yes you can regain them again as ur muscle tissue and muscle memory is up to the mark and during the gap phase if you were not having enough protein and rest were you had drastic change in weight drop them it can also know as muscle loss. As I haven't saw your past and present pictures or you so it's had to tell but paji never give up you can build better quality muscle so never give up.

    Hii sir..iam from andhra pradesh and currently doing a small job and i have been doing gym for 4 yrs and i also teach people in gym while doing my workout but i want to make this fitness training as my career and thought of doing certification in Golds gym is that really worth sir..??     Hello,
    For past 3 years I'm preparing for a competitive exam (GATE)... But I'm facing a problem...
    I want my notes to be PERFECT and when it's not I tear pages, use correction pen, stick a page over it etc etc...
    It has come to a point that the perfect notes doesn't seem satisfying anymore.

    Majboori me mujhe 2700 calories ke liye 150g protein khana pad rha hai which more than 4g/kg for me
