I have no idea how the TH-cam algorithm works but this was first up in my lineup this morning and it was the perfect start to a snowy and gloomy Monday! Basic to intermediate is so much fun and I used risers! 4500 steps and 300 calories torched and ready to start the day. Thanks for all you do, Chris!!❤❤❤

A little Sunday after Turkey day cardio. Made cinnamon rolls yesterday so felt sluggish but this helped get me going. TY for a great workout. Giving the rest of the cinnamon rolls to neighbors, haa haa. Anybody else love baking but only eating one?

A fun one and another I hadn’t ever tried. It was a good one for the brain too. I kept thinking the first move was like a sprinkler on the bench but that worked too. 😅. The Christmas tree goes up today so my already little workout space will shrink but I love to have the tree on when I workout and I bought a slim artificial tree to give me more space to workout.
