@@sambennett8444 that's a great idea! I've been enjoying bga. It makes it a lot easier to get games in. I'll probably make a video after the Ordis review.

@@QUAKEMS Congrats! I'm sold on Bravos Bastion and Helping Hand. Rare Red seems cool and I'm happy to hear it performed well. I'll have to try it out again!
Played a ton of Atsadi and wanna share with you that common bravos tracer is one of the absolute must pick cards. It feels so good I'm never subbing it out. Common Haven bouncer in atsadi is also a must 3x to me , and the tomoe is a trap
The rare Jhin I think I'd never run in atsadi, I want to ramp asap and need no more draw in my deck than my hero already, as for the tomoe, he's super niche because it's only 0/1/1 better than bouncer and at 7 mana and higher you want to play big cards. I'd also pick common atlas over Achilles in Atsadi Sakarabru has won me a lot of clutch games where the enemy thinks it needs 1 expedition to win and you Intimidate(insane card for atsadi) whatever they are blocking, also playing him from reserve still triggers his counters if he has 7or less
@@viktordjambov1437 all of your reasoning makes a ton of sense to me! With 18 heroes I haven't been able to play a lot of them as much as I'd like. I gave a lot more 2s in this review to cards I thought were good but didn't feel confident saying were a must run. I'm sure several like the ones you've mentioned probably deserve a 3! Thanks for the helpful comments!!
Parvati I think is a card that you might see in odd ones in a Basira or Atsadi deck. You'll get 10 mana pretty often, pretty quickly and being able to anchor something big could just be game winning. Definitely not a much play, but the odd surprise version is a possibility. Yeah when it play it sometimes its awesome and sonmetimes its awkward
Using her on 10 with a 6 drop does seem pretty powerful! I could see her being really good in a set or two when we have more ramp and can consistently hit that many mana.
@@chilogutierrez695 yep, it can be a great way to close out the game! Just don't make that play too early or you'll be really behind on the following day!
Thanks for the video. I did notice that other than Achilles, you didn’t rate anything 5-cost or higher above a 2 in Atsadi, who pretty much relies on the big bombs to be relevant. Do you just think he’s not there yet, and we need another set’s worth of expensive characters to make him playable?
Hello! I do think Atsadi is lacking a little bit in this set. He is definitely playable but a lot of the big characters are very weak to removal. If you can ramp enough it helps a little with this but that can be tricky for now too. I think a lot of the big cards are comparable and I haven't decided which are best yet. You absolutely need some but I think there is a lot of freedom right now to pick and choose when you build your list which is why I gave 2s.
Maybe rare pathfinder is the best way to go but there are a lot of other great rares like mighty jinn, bladedancer, atlas, haven warrior, bravos bastion, tiny jinn, red, bravos vanguard, and physical training that also seem like a great fit depending on the list. I could see having enough seasoned characters with just 3 r bladedancer, 3 r atlas, and 3 c red in a build that prioritizes atlas and using some of the ramp cards, haven, or warrior there instead of path to compliment atlas. I think Path is very good in certain decks but the 2 is mostly because I think you can still have other options. What are your ideal 5 rare names for the deck?
Can you make a vid in the end that shows all the 3/3 cards for every character? you often mention certain rares not being as good bec they compete with a rare slot but I’m not sure if every character actually had 5 3/3 cards. The boost hero definitely has. But the others idk Uniques don’t take up a rare slot right?
Unique cards don't take up a unique slot but there is a similar limitation that you can only run 3 of them in a deck! I have thought about adding summary figures at the end but the main reason I haven't is it would take more time 😅 You are right that I didn't mention as many 3s this time. I think there are several ways to build some of the heroes which means that there may be less than 5 rares I am confident would be run in every version of that hero. For some heroes like basira/waru/treyst/afanas/teija that I play frequently it is a lot easier for me to say which cards are must run but I've been somewhat disappointed with Atsadi and Kojo and was not ready to give a 3 recommendation for as many of their cards. I also want this to be more of a start to a discussion and I don't want people skipping to the end and treating the numbers they see as 100% fact. I've already changed my opinion on some of the cards from the previous reviews! (After the final review I may share the document that I made all of my ratings in for the 6 factions because it has been highly requested)
@@TricksterCG yeah I knew only 3 per deck but I wasn’t sure if they count as rare. So far I only played on exaltered but I think a rare only format could be super fun. Also unlimited uniques per deck would be very exciting to try and probably be super complex
I definitely rate Sun Wukong higher than you do Trickster. In Basira you are always getting the boost from reserve so you can use Basira's ability elsewhere. And if they target it with Sabotage, then they are not targetting your Seasoned charaters 🙂
This makes sense but I just feel like it is so weak from hand and only ok from reserve! I feel like the reserve cost is pretty high too which makes things awkward. Maybe it is worth considering in some versions and should get 2s but I think there are a lot of other options like warrior that are also worth considering so I probably can't give it a 3. I haven't played wukong in a while or seen it in any lists but I am sure it could put in work as you've described if people give it a chance.
Thanks for the comments! I'm sure you have more Bravos experience than I do. I play some of the other heroes and factions a lot more. I'll go through your comments and leave responses to the different talking points 🤗
Hi, I'm getting this request a lot. I think I'll share the complete spreadsheet after the last video! I'll probably update it with any changes I've made too.
Absolutely disagree on Bladedancer. I would never play the common version i Basira and always play the rare version. You think it can just get to an 8/8/8. I've seen a french guy get one to 16/16/16. Its the best card in the Basira deck (exceot Haven).
It can absolutely get higher and I've done it too haha. You can still do that with red or the common as well using helping hand and at some point unless you are using atlas the extra stats on just one side don't really do anything more for you because your opponents just goes for the other side to trade. A lot of players have been choosing the common version but maybe they are all wrong. I think there are some very good counters to r bladedancer right now like legate in waru which can make it hard to get value out of the rare... but it is true if you run enough things they need sabotage or removal for they eventually won't have enough for all of them. As I mentioned in another comment I'd love to hear what your top 5 rare names are for basira. It sounds like you'd be running bladedancer, pathfinder, and bravos bastion? Let me know the other 2!
A lot of people have been very passionate about rare red! Maybe 3 boosts isn't as hard as I thought. I probably had other problems with the list when I tried her and she incorrectly got some of the blame. Poor kappa...
@@TricksterCG it's super easy! The other day I dropped Red down and then I used physical training on her! 2 draws so good. At the end of the day I believe the decks main 2 boss monsters are bladedancer and atlas. But you gotta have other answers as well.
