@@TricksterCG would be lovely, im really trying to get informations on whats played and how people build their deck, but it's kind of hard. Even on Exalts i can't really find anyone posting lists besides a hand full.
40:41 I played my first tournament yesterday (sealed). I'm surprised to see a cost 5 permanent rated 3/3. Playing The Monolith on turn 3 is basically giving both sides to your opponent that turn. Seems like a huge loss to me. I'm looking forward to play constructed competitively, if cards like this are actually good.
If you watch the axiom review I even rate a 6 cost permanent 3/3 but that one also has an immediate impact on the board. I think the idea with sig is that even though you lose 2 expeditions playing monolith you'll be so strong moving forward you should be able to 2-0 your opponent at least once on the following days to make up for it. Competitive lists are split though an a lot run 0 permanents to avoid the tempo loss and use their own removals to keep opponents that play stuff like this in check.
I think Bountiful Meadow will almost always be played in Waru so I'd rate that a 3 rather than a 2. Also I think Jeanne at rare is still pretty great in Sigismar and I would say that was a 3 rather than a two. They just can't stop the four tokens the turn after and a charge to follow it up the next turn is brutal. Other than those two things, I think you're pretty spot on.
@@gavkenny glad to hear from you again! Jeanne does create some powerful turns! Some people have been moving away from it because if you lose 0-2 while setting it up just to 2-0 the next day it kind of evens out. And against waru playing it for 6 is a lot. Even with the drawbacks it still might be worth it overall and I've enjoyed using some very powerful unique versions with better stats or lower costs! I think meadow can be great if you draw it early but in the late game when you're low on resources it is a horrible topdeck. Maybe it's still worth it though and some of the removal spells can go instead to improve your late game draws!
I'd gladly give the common paper herald a 3/3 in gulrang , the rest I agree with fully, usually I have different stances than you in 10% or the time but this time it seems we're on the same wavelength :D
@@TricksterCG yeah ppl say Ordis trooper is better cause it's an after you but playing this after spending all of your mana can also be a kind of after you effect too ( from reserve. )
There was a couple ones that were way different, but I dont recall which. Im also rating a little different logic on card strength with the idea you might not have access to all the cards in your collection. I built a deck builder based on these suggested ratings. I would share the data here but I think adding a link removes my comment.
Great series, Trickster! Also, it's awesome to see you on Altered Academy's first podcast episode!
@@martinbaker1731 thanks! It was cool to get to be a part of that.
Im excited to see how close these end up being to my current ratings for the heroes to cards.
Keep up the great work!
@@calicomics701 thanks, I'd be interested to hear any major differences!

Ive been running Issitoq in most my waru decks with success, but thinking about it more removal would be a big issue if timed wrong 🤔
