How solve Pixel's proximity sensor problems.

How solve Pixel's proximity sensor problems. How turn on and show Pixel's screen when making a phone call. In this video I show you a workaround. You'll be able to turn on and show the Pixel's black screen.
Some Pixel phone models (mainly 2 and 3) have a very annoying problem. When you phone the screen stays black and unresponsive even when you take the device away from your ear. In this situation it is impossible to hang up the call or type in the numeric keypad. If you restart the Pixel the problem disappears but unfortunately it reappears after some time, very frustrating! After several attempts I found that by touching the upper left and right corners of the screen with both thumbs then the screen turns on again and becomes responsive. In the video you will see how I do it. Please tell me in the comments if it also works with your Pixel. Thank you.

It worked for me but I had to apply a little bit of pressure. Since the proximity sensor is on the left side, I tried to press only that side, and it also worked. Thanks bro. 🙂

I solved the problem...the screen on the right corner was detached...a little bit of special glue for screen and it s fixed

One of my 5a's does this. I'm switching to 7Pro, which arrived today, but I'd like to keep this 5a (the other one has a screen crack and I want to trade it in). I pressed both corners and the screen appears, but then it goes away immediately when I let up on the corners. I can get the screen to appear after starting a call by pressing the power button. Annoying, but it works. Sorry to say, it's very annoying when answering a call because the screen goes blank and I always have to hit the power button and then the speaker. Actually my mic (regular, not speakerphone mic) doesn't work unless I disable microphone access to apps (and rebooted). Way too many problems with this phone, but I'm hoping 7Pro is better. If not, I'll have a very expensive dud of a phone.

Mine too. The lift to wake function also does not work. I've heard it's due to a bit of screen separation from the body of the phone, but I don't want to start squirting glue in there!

if doesn't work this method then try to turn off ur pixels all function like adaptive brightness and other sensor-related option and then restart ur pixel phone then turn on all option which is turned off before restarting the pixel! i solved my pixel 4a 5g problem using this method, not this video method! before this, I tried factory reset but that doesn't work!
