I installed a unit yesterday but the SunSynk Connect App is only for monitoring. No configuration changes can be done remotely and some reporting is also not working correctly. I was looking forward to a seamless quick install for my customer, but sadly it seems not a good choice foe installers.
We can't wait to get them on the market. I have a question what is the difference between Lifelynk and Powerlynk? According to the datasheet they are the same.
Recently purchased one of these however the battery leads supplied have a 16mm plug for the battery and a ring for the inverter - the inverter plugs are larger than the battery plugs. Is there are part number for the leads set that have a 17mm plug for the inverter and a 16mm plug for the battery on the other end ? Thus an adappter/ converter cable. Stuart
Hello Can the load be wired back into your Home mains board so when there is a power outage the whole of the house is still powered and not just 1 socket?
There will b great demand for these. Might take time to see it in SA. Wonder how long will repar of these take. Just waited 7weeks for out of box failure repair with non excistend communication on a 8kw system.🤨 Almost 2 months less on warrentee without even 1/4 hour usage
Whenever I see PV/Battery install issues its virtually always due to CT clamp issues, I think manufactures need to acknowledge this and add wireless CT clamp on to there devices as standard. Plus if you call the port by a different name to what is on the port label, then I guess the label has described the port incorrectly.
So we just fitted one after watching a video where Keith said its ideal to add on to an existing system as you can store the wasted solar that goes to the grid BUT technical just told us NO it won't it only charges from the grid 🤔 can someone confirm was Keith fibbing🤭

Plugging in an inverter is generally strictly prohibited in most countries as that can be issues if it is done
When is the 5kw unit available and can you daisy-chain these for 3 phase? Very interested and great video.
Can I plug my existing solar panels and SolarEdge input to this please?
Do you have documentation showing I’m allowed to connect a socket to the inverter?
This form factor would be great as a rack mounted unit. Especially with these connectors, allowing one to slide it in and out of the rack easily.
How will u pre-charge the capacitors or wont it b necessary?

If the inverter is hybrid, Sunsynk clearly specified it is meant to work on and off grid with an ATS switch.

In the UK, you cannot use a wireless CT coil for export limitation.
