Acacia estate is great super love the place but the cons is it’s very very near within the West valley fault line. :(
In relative terms, there shouldn't be a concern. Note that Market Market, SM Aura, Serendra/High Street, International School Manila, atbp. Other busy parts of BGC. Plus, eastern portions of Ortigas Business District, Tiendesitas, SM Pasig, ArcoVia, Bridgetowne, The Grove/Rockwell, White Plains, Eastwood City, Ateneo de Manila, atbp. All of these very popular areas are quite closer to the West Valley fault line than Alder Residences.
Phivolcs recommends avoiding construction within 5 meters on each side of a fault trace, or a total width of 10 meters. This is the ideal "10-meter wide no-build zone" in the vicinity of a fault. The entire Acacia Estates development is significantly further away than that. In addition, the Alder Residences complex is situated much closer to C-6 than to C-5 and is the furthest away among all the complexes within Acacia Estates. Peace!
