    yo good video bro. Im currently in season so i cut of 2-5 reps so i dont get injuried tell me if thats good

      Yeah!! Adjust the number of reps and sets depending on your training load

    Is this training good in off season and is what other training I can do in the gym in the off season

      Yes of course!! I do similar type of training during offseason and it helps me stay in shape!

      depends on your training and game schedule but I would do it if you have multiple days off or your training loads were light👍

      this is my apartment complex’s gym and luckily there’s not many people when I go!!
