I am big on using people's names when I am speaking to them. I am good for thanking FAs by name when I am deplaning. I have also preached how important your name is in my classrooms...kids don't get it and are cool with you mispronouncing their names and I get mad and correct them so fast about not letting anyone disrespect you...your whole family shares a last name but you are the only one with your first name in the house so you need to wear that part of your identity proudly.

I remember those days when lead Lex rarely existed because you hated working lead! Also I am shocked your airline still did real briefings and choosing positions by seniority so recently - I know they used to do that many years ago when tech wasn't as integrated but the fact it was so recent blows my mind. Great insight into what you do as lead as well
LEX! So, one of my goals is to complete at least two marathons this year. I got a "head start" last year, August , but let me tell you...I tried a "HIT" workout and I've questioned every workout I've done before this point. Thank you for the motivation.😄

Hi 👋🏾When you get to training you’ll be guided by instructors through every stage of training and testing. You won’t have to guess about anything. Try not to worry about the unknown it won’t benefit you because there’s very little you won’t know. Embrace this new and exciting opportunity, relax, pay attention and have fun. You’ll learn the city codes over time. My biggest advice, be on time and focus on one thing at a time. You’re gonna do great 💙

How do you decided who gets what mean?
It’s kinda hard to explain but it basically goes by status with the airline (you know how some airlines have gold silver platinum status)
I didn’t know the flight attendant had anything to do with making sure stand by passengers get a seat.
