I used to resell clothes I found thrifting and I’m telling ya, if you need business or business casual clothes, you will find TONS at goodwill, often with tags. Go to the nicest neighborhoods in your city (or nearest city if you live in a smaller town). Visit different times of the day bc they restock throughout the day. Other thrift stores may be different but goodwill does it all day. Hope that is helpful to someone. May we all get those CJOs this year! 😂
I just got my CJO!!!! So EXCITED and figured I come back to your channel since your F2F video was RIGHT ON THE MARK!!! Thank you SO much for taking the time to post this video!!! You are TRULY appreciated. 😊😊🤗🤗
This is definitely the best video I’ve seen for object! A couple of things other videos have mentioned that you didn’t, unless I missed it, were swimsuits for the ditching days and pantyhose.
Man you brought back so many memories when I was in flight attendant training and that was over 30 years ago nothings changed great video very informative
I still have 2 years until I meet the age requirement with my preferred airline, yet I cannot stop watching these videos! I hope I’m able to join you in the sky when I can! :)
I think I under packed for training I wish I would have known we were off for the weekend . when you said capri pants i was like huh, but I forgot that's a things now also no socks with dress shoes. someone is going to need this because it wasn't a video out when I first started three years that was this detailed .
@@GetteSetter I was just saying you forgot to mention them in the video and they also sell them now on QVC and you pay on easy pay that is little installments you don't have to pay all one time when they have the special it be very reasonable 2 just say nugget for you or someone else
Hey sis!! I truly appreciate all of your videos!! I got my CJO and start training 2/28. I have been looking at al the links you’ve provided for shoes and lunch bags and EVERYTHING IS SOLD OUT! I guess I will have to expand my search options to find what I’m looking for. Thank you for all you do and keep the videos coming! You’ve helped me ace my f2f and I am anxious but excited about training and ultimately getting my wings!!
Amazing tips! Are you using a duffle bag for your travel? I recommend using the Bento Bag from Nomad Lane. I've been using this bag for months now and it is such a hack. It has a trolley sleeve feature and it fits under the seat too! makes your travel more convenient and effortless and it packs like a suitcase too!
Thank you so much for your videos, they have been very helpful. I have a question about what to wear to the ditching training day, I saw that on your pop ups the company you trained with said conservative swimsuit and/or shorts and tshirts are allowed. What if I don't feel comfortable exposing my body and want to wear leggings and a long sleeve shirt, is that allowed? Thanks :)
Ok so i have a question. so i’m doing this job shadow at the airport it more like i’m working at the airport but its a unpay job like they helping me to get experiences on being a flight attendant. and all i’m doing is Operations Agent and a Customer Service Agent Ramp-side is this the same thing i have to wear and bring to the airport because where i’m going to be at for the pass 2 weeks
Awesome video, thanks so much for sharing! I will definitely be using these guidelines to pack for training. Cardigans, blouses and blazer all need to be full sleeve? Also, I have a pair of Tory Burch flats/loafers that have their logo emblem on top, will they be acceptable? It’s black on black so the logo doesn’t stand out. I have soo many more questions!
I think those should be fine. Yes all cardigans, and blazers need to be full sleeve. Double check with your dress guidelines, but typically blouses can be short sleeve, I just wouldn't do sleeveless.
I applied for an airline and it's early process but if I get called to do Training. Can a Flight Attendant carry a CPAP with them throughout training and work?
Yes even I received an invite for face to face interview, and they wanted details so they can send the flight itinerary for this. But there’s this visa problem as they are not giving visas to everyone now. And even if I get selected AA doesn’t provides visa sponsorship. My status still shows in progress and they said they will keep me in consideration. Hard luck I guess
My son is interested in becoming a flight attendant and we see that no company is hiring as of now unless you are bilingual. Is there a certain time that positions are offered for flight attendants or do you have to check often? What is the process? Thank you for your time.
Flight attendant here. A lot of US airlines opened their applications recently. Some might be closed now, but I'm sure some are still open. The best way to know is go to the airlines' website > careers to find out if they have an active application process. If none of the major airlines are hiring, research some of the regional carriers (great way to get his foot in the door). PRO-TIP on submitting a resume: Have him tailor his skills and previous work experience AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE to the FA work description. Highlight any customer service and safety-related skills and experience.
Thanks for watching this video. If you've been to training comment down below an item you felt was 100% necessary to pack.
Question, is it true that if you don’t know the airport codes they send you home?

Packing Cube for your clothes it will stay warm in your suitcase so you can put more in your suitcase
I love packing cubes. I use them for work and leisure travel.

Hello my name is Matthew and I’m starting my training course on Tuesday but I’m working for an Irish airline will all this still apply to me
What about other piercings?, like nose,or lip piercings.
Great info, can people outside USA apply?
I believe so, as long as they have the proper paperwork to allow them to work in the US.

Do you need a bathing suit
Do they send tickets to fly to Dallas for in person interview and for training ?
Yes they do.

Should all of this stuff fit in one luggage?!
How’s the employment parking in the NYC airports?
I don’t drive so I’m not sure on that.
@@GetteSetter you take PT to the airports? You think it’s not worth driving to the airport?
