I need to do this exact thing, My vinyl has come away on a panel but the vinyl has some creases in it, Hopefully a bit of heat and a roller will get these out
Great video! Can the excess glue be left in the spray gun or does it need to be cleaned every time? I'm wondering if you could just use it, remove and clean the nozzle and then seal up all the holes in the spray gun between uses so the glue doesn't set?
No, it really won't keep. Best way to save the left over materials is to put them back in their original container. We used an inexpensive gun, in case we couldn't get it clean enough. Thanks for watching.
Thank you for waiting for our response. It doesn't need to be thinned to spray. Use a cheap large nozzle sprayer. I didn't us thinner in the video. Our reason for using an inexpensive large nozzle sprayer, is because we can afford to replace them, (if necessary) rather than use extra materials to clean them. Thanks for watching!
Although this demonstration shows the vinyl being glued to an interior panel, the product should work on metal, as well. If you're not sure, test the process on a sample of what you're gluing the vinyl to.

Thank you! Exactly the information I was searching for
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching.

Yes, you can.

What’s the ratio of thinner added to adhesive for spraying?

Do you HAVE to use a spray gun, or is a normal radiator brush usable too, if you can't spray?
Yes. You can brush it on. If using a brush it is best to use a disposable one. Thanks for watching!
Do those acid brushes clean up well? or one and done?
Acid brushes are cheap, one and done
They can be cleaned with lacquer thinner. However, I usually use them as disposable.
Epic.
Glad you enjoyed the video and found it useful. Thanks for watching.
Yeah but I need a glue that will work for glueing vinyl to metal

Can you cut the stupid intro and get right to the point?
You can always scrub and go to the key points that are listed by TH-cam.
