Beautiful you book card. You make me cry when you glued the beautiful trees upside down. I wish I had this dsp.paper .I would take a white gel pen and draw some small stitches around your red strap.this is a beautiful set for Christmas
Many thanks, Lilette. I used to do white stitching a lot - I love the look. But I reached the stage where I was doing it so much my projects all looked the same! LOL! Maybe I'll remember to do it once in a while! xx
Or you could put another colour as a thin boarder, would look nice too. Hope you are not upset when I suggest some of my ideas. It is not criticism but only my idea that I want to share too. I have not done a card for 2 yrs. I was very sick with a lot of complications. May be in November but will depend because I have not been well again but refuse to go to hospital because of Covid .

Hi Jan. Well I fell in love with the For Unto Us stamp set, so I went ahead and ordered it. I used the shop now function from your website and it took me to Stampin Up. There was nowhere to put in your hostess code but it did have your name as the demonstrator. Presume the code wasn't needed because of the route I took (through your website). Anyway, I hope I did it right. Thank you for this demonstration, it's so lovely.

Thanks Jan fantastic card as usual, the embossing looks fabulous l always struggle with it but love the effect ts made your card look so opulent. Just a thought when putting together initially would it be a bit easier if you just folded the back of the card over/closed then pressed it down. As l say just a thought. I'm definitely going to try it.😊
Many thanks, Linda. If I'm understanding your suggestion, I think by turning the card over could result in the hinges being uneven. I could be wrong but not something I'd like to try after reaching this point because if it did crease badly, and assuming you were able to re-crease, the uneven crease lines would still be visible. Let me know how it goes. xx
