    I wonder if you can replace those screws with grease zerks to make it easier/faster?

      Thanks! I used "Green Grease Synthetic Waterproof High Temperature Grease". Got it from my local auto parts store. Figured with potentially wet grass and the high temps the rotary generates due to friction, it would be the right choice.

    No need to baby it. It’s a well built unit. You just got that thing. Ten hours of use is an amazingly long time. I’ve had mine for two years, I grease at beginning of mowing year, and three months into it.

    replace bolt with zerk fitting or add zerk fitting custom

      I use a marine grade all purpose. With the potential for a wet lawn, it seems to do the trick.

    What sort of grease did you use? I've seen comments on the lawnforum about Maruyama EP0 grease but I can't find anywhere in the UK selling that and they don't ship internationally.
