    I saw your link on another video and I thought I would watch how you’re cooking cause I’m getting sick of meat I won’t even on it 14 days I never thought in my mind I would ever say that to anyone that I can’t eat steak hamburger, bacon, and eggs but it’s justmaking me not want to eat and I’m not a sweet person so I’m not craving sugar I’m not craving anything I just don’t wanna eat lol I’m also in Northern California and Auburn

      Lack of appetite isn't an uncommon phenomenon on carnivore/zero carb. I generally only get really hungry on heavy lifting days honestly, on off days I just eat cause I know I need to.

    yellow mustard is a common rib base coating before applying the rub...it's also carnivore diet friendly too. adds additional color and flavor to the ribs. thanks for the video...Cheers!

      I bought these particular ribs at Safeway, however, I usually by the three-pack from Costco.

      @@YardTechMaster it came out delicious nice and tender the bones feel right off of the meat. The way I seasoned mine was pretty much same as you did but I mixed the smoked paprika, sea salt, fine pink Himalayan salt and Granulated garlic in a bowl then I sprinkled on my ribs. Also I used Ghee Clarified butter and some of my bacon grease with the last 2 hour wrap.

    Why would you poison your family while you eat healthy.

    • @YardTechMaster
      @YardTechMaster  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Oh Charlene, poisoning my family is never the goal. I believe if I force a strict lifestyle on my kids too early, that may cause more long term harm than good. I show them by example and most of our meals are mostly protein based. I hope to teach them how to live a life of moderation. If they choose a lifestyle of strict carnivore, it’s because they see the value, not because I forced it 100%. They are coming around more and more because they see the constant movements I make… and they are realizing they still can’t beat me at sports. Even though I’m “so old”!

      @@YardTechMaster ok, I see your point. I am not able to convince any of my family, so just wondering.

    It amazes me that people use the word carnivore and spread misinformation around and show you non-carnivore eating. Carnivore is very simply eating meat, salt and water. The reason for this is to remove all others from your food. Spices are literally vegetables and should not be mentioned with the carnivore way of eating.
    So... you made great ribs but not food that a carnivore should consume as you added plant material. Glade you are eating meat though :)

      "Carnivore" has been around a long time, and the whole no spices thing is a recent phenomenon in the community. So yeah this falls under carnivore as you're not eating enough to matter in the form of spices. If you prefer to only have salt, meat and water good on you, but don't come disparage others that are doing it in a fashion that's been around for well over a decade.
