    Just made these last night, the lime finish seemed crazy but was a huge hit and will definitely be on the menu again. Thanks!

    Finally... Ribs without sugar or sugary sauces. Nice brief video and excellent audio.

    Thank you for the video. Been doing keto for a year now.
    Just cooked ribs with your recipe, and method.
    They turned out great. I can't believe that I was ruining my ribs all those years with the brown sugar rub, which is basically your rub with brown sugar added.
    Amazing how much better food tastes (especially meat) when it isn't turned into a main course dessert, with all the added sugars.

    I really like that flavor profile you used on these ribs and adding lime and finishing salt at the end was very original! Great job Jabin!

      Thanks man. I had never thought about adding lime and it was a bit of an accident the first time i made these. but the lime and salt at the end is a game-changer on these ribs. I hope you give it a try one of these days.

      Dude. it was a first for me when i originally made these as well and it was kind of an afterthought. I had limes in a drink so we were joking about it so we took the lime from the drink and squeezed it on .. wow.. we grabbed more after that first bite!

  • @MichaelRei99
    @MichaelRei99 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Honestly those ribs look horrible they are overcooked and they are braised so they can’t have much smoke flavor. Convert the recipe to unwrapped and you might have something there.

    • @PostalBarbecue
      @PostalBarbecue  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Give it a try, they were incredible and a great variation from your more traditional ribs. Sauce would have ruined this but that lime on top was spot on.
