I'm just glad you have to only finish the VoH prologue to get access to the seasonal content. I'm glad they didn't lock it behind finishing VoH itself.

Hey Rhykker, Thanks a bunch for your videos man. I was waiting for your season 7 guide because your videos are well made and very helpful. Just a quick comment to know you're appreciated! Happy head hunting!
Me too. I already played a few hundred hours of PoE2. I was ready for some D4 and I'm having fun. I have no idea how long it'll last, but it's definitely worth playing the season for some amount of time.
@@CappuccinoLife that's the way to do it man. Honestly it's better to start this season. Last season spiritborn was broken doing billions of damage per hit lol
Rhykker, so I love how you broke everything down step by step. Only that also made me realize with ''more on that soon'' ''we'll get back to that shortly i promise'' means they left us quite a few things this season that really DO need explaining to new people. For better or worse... :O Keep making great videos and I'll keep leaving you books. ;) More happy thoughts always happy thoughts!!
As always, your videos are very helpful and informative! I honestly wish they made it so that if we've done a stronghold in the past, we don't have to again. Some of them unlock waypoints and legion events. 🙄
Excellent video sir, super helpful as always. I am wondering, with all the giga-blasters checking out of D4, a void in content creation for build guides is being created, this could be a great opportunity for you to fill some of that void, like you used to do for D3. Just a thought.
My only real complaint for this season is that yet again they either need to reduce the loot or just go ahead and add a loot filter because, while I do enjoy a good lootsplosion, it's seriously overwhelming, especially earlier on when you're still trying to look through the blue and then yellow drops for the manuals.
I just equip everything up to level 10 then only pick up yellows to 20. After that all legendaries. Which are good because we need to fill up the codex and for gold
If you miss a book it will be mailed to your stash, so you don't really have to pay that much attention to it. Your "mailbox" can only hold 10 items at time though, so just check in town every once in a while for your books.
I like hitting patrol and wisp for purge completion then go hit fugitive. It's a quick 14+ whispers, usually run over hit harvest and usually 1-2 basic 1 point whisper incidentally, can earn like 20 whispers in 15-20 mins
I’m so glad to see this video. Not even 24 hours in and we had Top 5 builds and most broken this and that. I unsubscribed from a couple people due to that.
The game will only send up 10 legendaries you left on the ground to your stash when you portal out. Rootholds can easily drop like 60+ legendaries so if you want everything you will usually need to portal back to town then return to grab the rest.
Played a Rogue to level 19 and went back to POE2. At no point in the first 19 levels did I put one moment of thought into my gear. At no point did a single gear upgrade make a noticeable difference.
Some may not like the new ton of loot and quicker leveling, but its the only way D4 can distance itself from POE 2. D4 can't go head to head with POE 2 on the more slower methodical gameplay.
I can listen to this man talk about whatever cuz he’s so soothing unlike all these other cringe creators, thanks for the straight forward info my guy 🙏🍆
I did log into my necro on eternal so i could skip the class quest before making my seasonal one, but when i made my necro for season it still made me do the golem quest.
Great video...very helpful! After playing POE2 for the past 6 weeks or so, trying out season 7 was ridiculously different - couldn't believe how fast my inventory filled up, especially as I had not played this game since sometime in Nov. Definitely will make use of your tips...only played a couple of hours so far but forgot to go get my mercenaries...lol =^-^=
Thank you so much for this video, I was struggling to figure out the Fugitive whisper. And don't some headhunts have the slay whisper which is killing 2 of the husks? So is it worth doing the fight twice to get that whisper as well?
Scowl didn't work for me solo either. Yes, you can collect the herbs, but there is nothing to turn it in on my map. It was there once, but also than, nothing happened.
In my opinion, a video like this should be named "ultimate max efficiency guide", because it might be confusing. I'm actually scared how this type of playstyle only focus on getting things the fastest as possible. For me (and I hope many other players) such type of playstyle is completely destroying any fun from the game. I'm not hating, everyone can play as they want, but I clicked on this video without knowing that it is about 400% efficiency playstyle 😅
Im a brand new player, and happened to download the game as this update has dropped. I was thinking of starting off as druid but i looked up a couple videos and people say its boring early game. Any advice?
Yea man. Don't do druid for your first character. I did when I first played and it made me quit. I would say go rogue or Spiritborn first l. They're naturally strong so it's easier to learn the game systems without being punished for not knowing the optimal builds and skills to use. Then when you reach endgame with either of those and want to try something new go druid. You'll have more knowledge to make the class more fun.
Hm, i took a look at the season journey and saw that the final step requires you to play at torment IV for everything there. As i was barely able to play at torment III last season (as spiritborn no less) i guess i wont get the raven pet.
I leveled in a group in Normal. At L40 or so I dipped my toe in Hard difficulty and it felt no different. But I did level faster. In retrospect, maybe I should have moved up to Expert.
The gem costs for occult gems feels *way* too high. I'm paragon 145 and haven't yet crafted a single one. I need multiples to unlock the legendary thingies. The spawn rate for altars in dungeons also feels significantly too low. Even at T3, chain blasting Pit and NMD, I haven't yet found one. I have a draught running at all times. The season mechanics seem good, but the systems are extremely RNG or grindy and that doesn't feel too good.
I hopped back in to give it a try, last played to like lvl 40 season 3. After lots of poe2 it's just doesn't feel good. I might lvl up for a while but feels like I'll grind even less than before which was barely. I was lvl 23 with almost 1000% overpower dmg
i'm still leveling but don't have access to all the witchpower slots, it's only letting me use 4 powers (1 "greater"/red icon power and 3 "lesser"/purple icon power. do you get to use more powers as you progress through the season story? sorry if this feels like a dumb question but i didn't hear you mention anything about it
For sure. Diabolic games in general are good. However they tend to start slow after the main story you got a huge world to explore. Season 7 is a great time to start I stopped at S3 and have returned yesterday
Diablo 4 would have been a great single player campaign game. I think they should move into that direction. Switch gears and invest their money into playable story campaigns every 6 months. Keep the online if they want for the casuals, and give us story nerds something to chew on 2 times a year. They lost the battle with hardcore gamers. They simply cannot beat GGG in that regard, but I do love me some Diablo lore, and at least I myself would buy a $10-15 story progression every 6 months.
Im having the tougest time getting these pccult gems. Im parafon 127 and only have 1 head. The gem i NEEED for my lacerate build requires 3 heads. Wtf. And these lost witch crafts. I got 1
