    Very interesting story...
The Judge was racially profiled, singled out and was being watched.
The officer was unprofessional, by questioning her openly in a public place.
He did not identify himself and his purpose...
Im glad the Judge took the advice of her friend, pursued the matter, and delt with it professionally.

Listening to this story about this incident had brought up some memories that I have experienced from law enforcement officers from the police officers an it happened here in Charlotte, NC in 2016 from the Mecklenburg police officers have called me a liar an even yelled out slandering words an even threatened me an threatened to arrest me as well an were still continuing even further an told me to get my shoes on an told me that they are arresting me an at the same time the black officers did not believe me an where arresting me on false charges for a crime that I did not do an was reporting a crime that happened to me.. I put on my shoes an was ready to be taken to jail an be falsely arrested on false crimes that I did not do an yes it was all caught on the police officers body cam recording everything.. the damage was done an I then let these black police officers of the Mecklenburg police department know that you arrest me on a crime that I did not do that you have all your ``i " dotted an your ``t " crossed an putting handcuffs on me an taking me to jail.. then I also informed them that I will file a lawsuit against you all an then against the police department an the city an state of North Carolina an that I was not joking an that I am very serious an also that I know 2 governor's as well of South Carolina an North Carolina.. then once I have said that to the black police officers.. they covered up there video cam on there vest an threatened my life even more an then removed there hand off there body cam on there vest an then said that I am free to go an that they were not going to arrest me.. an slowly one by one these black police officers left.. I have had a lot of bad experiences from many different police officers of law enforcements that I don't trust any police officers of law enforcements.. There are police officers who think that because they wear a badge that they are judges an executioner an that the laws do not matter an that they can do as they please an break the law.. yes I know from experience as well.. yes there are still a lot of rude an corrupt police officers in the police department of law enforcement...

I understand how you feel, however, rather than saying what your actions will be, let it continue you’ll have the video, (your proof) they let you go because they know the severity of their actions if it does go to court and they do not get a slap on the hand or a ‘leave until the investigation is done’ (which really is vacation with pay)… They threatened You, You was probably “in fear of you life”, and with good reason.. This problem will continue (you stated that there were ‘a lot of bad experiences from various police officers’.) This problem can only get worse if thats even posible. Sadly, Yes it is.. We continue to see horrific things happening, causing pain, grief and sorrow not only to the family members but those learning about these instances, why? Because, sadly, it could happen to them..

I am a baby bomber, this means that I was born in 1952, so I was a baby when MLK jr started the Mississippi Bus Boycott and bought the transit co to it's knees, and I was growing up when countless others stepped up and not only put their personal safety, but more importantly put their lives on the line for personal justice and dignity with the belief that none of this should be given or taken away based on color of our skin. I remember seeing "white only" signs and seeing the humiliation on my father's face as he explained what those signs meant to me, his 5 year old daughter. So no, this disgusting behavior towards people of color has not stopped, so this means our work has not stopped. So, in the words of Kamala Harris, we will not go back.

Several individuals have expressed concerns that this narrative could have been conveyed more concisely, implying limited attention spans. Some have even expressed regret for the time they perceive as wasted. However, it is crucial to acknowledge that most real-life stories do not unfold rapidly. I am concerned that some individuals may find it challenging to allocate thirty minutes to listening to a detailed account. Please note that listening is not mandatory. ❤

Our problem is that we decide on what we think too fast and use our logic to support our choice --the only way to improve our thinking s to SLOW IT DOWN and so we can ELABORATE.
That other view --speed up thinking all the time --that's for people who design computer hardware, or otherwise formulate explosives

Good point. But it's the idiotic, repetitious piano music (from

to be honest, the piano makes me sick.

It is not uncommon for younger individuals to display reduced attention spans. Why does this phenomenon persist? Those who lack historical knowledge are destined to repeat past mistakes. ❤

I'm white and was a regular victim of profiling in the late 60s/early 70s. I was dating a boy with long hair and a beard. We got stopped every time we left the house. One cop even said that my boyfriend had one male passenger. I may be a lot of things, but I haven't looked male since I was 12. They just saw a hippie drriving and assumed he was doing something illegal.
I agree it was too long.

Those of us who are white with black, or black with white, Mulatto, Metis, whatever, sense these actions deeply thus finding quiet anger.
Similar activities by authorities happen every hour of each day in this USA.
Racism is taught, learned, and demonstrated by example.
There are States to which most of us will not consider as a resident address. And that is a shame. A national shame.

***This is called “Narrating Emotions”, its for a reason, to me it was like having a book read to you, if you like those, well a story needs to be descriptive so we can actually visualize whats going on, so the emotions are felt. A 10 page book would not be a best seller.***

These stories have similarities in the themes. Someone’s profiled of mistreated. They then have to confront an accusatory required to present evidence to substantiate the abuse. I wonder if there’s a take-away for those who sit on the sidelines and font speak up when a situation such as this one occurs. From the picture in the of diners in the restaurant, no one spoke up or diddd with the person who was being harassed. There ought to be some other kind of intervention that embraces diversity and representation. Thank you
