I appreciated watching your video. I just got my precision press in the mail today. I was having trouble figuring out how to get the knob off. I have arthritic hands and was thinking perhaps I just wasn't strong enough. I saw a short video when it came off and it made me realize that I had to pull to the side and then up. It is a bit touchy to be sure it is exactly in the correct spot. Your cards were delightful! A very well done video and I liked the fact that you left your 'oops' in the video as it is helpful to see how something can go wrong and how to fix it.
