Welcome back to my channel. If you're new around here, my name is Alisha and today I'm going to show you my no bake Snicker's cheesecake recipe. This has a chocolate biscuit base, a no bake chocolate cheesecake filling, topped with caramel and peanut butter and more Snicker's :)
You will need...
Ingredients:
Base:
250g digestive biscuits
50g cocoa powder
90g butter
Cheesecake:
600g full fat cream cheese
300ml double cream
120g icing sugar
100g dark chocolate
50g Snicker's - melted
Toppings:
Homemade caramel sauce
1-2 tbsp peanut butter
Chopped up Snicker's
Equipment:
8 inch springform tin
Whisk
Spatula
Mixing bowl
