That's good.One of the method is to make one chapatti,then make another chapatti,cut another one into long pieces.Put it on the other chapati,that will be another type of chapati.

Dinkal, when you will actually make this paratha you will realize that it doesn't take as long as you are thinking. It is indeed a pretty fast process. By the time the paratha on the tawa gets ready, the second one is already rolled on the rolling board. You also have the option to make fewer parts than 36 to save time. Also, just compare it to making a stuffed paratha. Don't you roll it twice!? You also spend time on preparing the stuffing separately. Believe me, this could be the next favorite paratha in your home!

Will love to know your feedback whenever you make this. Actually with this recipe, there is nothing to lose. If you do not find yourself comfortable with the cut and pile method, you could always use the dough to make regular parathas. They will then be regular dal parathas (here, I am assuming that you do make dal parathas at home)
Dinkal Desai agar Aap try karna Chahti h to paratha belkar 8 to 10 small folds karlijiye then make a round of it Aur use Bel lijiye time kam lagega Aur layers Waise hi aayegi
