My internal storage is quite strange since I transfered all of my stuff, AS IN ALL OF MY STUFF from internal storage to my SD CARD and still, my storage is 13.77gb and I don't really know and don't have an idea how I'll fix this. If I tap storage analysis, I can see the "others" and that is the 13.77 in my internal storage. Please, can any body tell me what I should do to fix this:( Thanks in advance! Have a great day!

From what i searched , those "OTHERS" you see is like downloaded data from apps, your browser cache (on iOS), files downloaded from the web, notes, memos, backup files included here. One of the solution there is to clear cache as what i did on the video. Be reminded that sometimes when we update our phone system to latest version it also eating up space so i think the more we update the more we use our space and we couldn't get it back. best option is to upgrade our storage by using SD card like what you and I use. :)

Hi Venice! I think your software is updated. That's the same on me. If your concern is deleting cache , simply go to settings and find the APPLICATION menu , From the list of apps manually select it and there you'll finally can delete cache and free up some storage. Hope it helps. Thank you :)
But it shouldn't be the same amount . base on my experience ,like sometimes I got 130mb cache for google , once you deleted it it'll be 0. but once i refreshed I'll have a 2mb cache and lower than that. it shouldn't be high.

Hi there , some apps take up space that could be used for something more important even though we don't really put many files in them, just like photos or videos. Applications use the phone's storage to be able to function. That's why you can see that it takes up more space than it should be.
