I am getting 40-46 on highway , 32-37 in city on my desert storm classic 500cc bs4 I am using stock exhaust . My crusing speed is 50-60kmph
My driving pattern
1st gear :- 0 - 15kmph
2nd gear :- 15 -30kmph
3rd gear. :- 30 - 40kmph
4th gear :- 40 - 55kmph
5th gear. :-. Above 55kmph

If you are testing your Mileage draining complete fuel.. you will end up spoiling your Fuel pump.. EFI needs minimum 3 liter fuel to be maintained as minimum..

Tank full karane ma koi problem aati ha kya bro... Mujhe showroom ne full karane ko mana kiya tank air ke liye space chorne ko bola
Yes full tank kabhi nahi karna. Humesha 1 litre kam bharvana. Showroom guys have adviced you the better option.

I replaced my silencer with in 8 months.....i dont know why the paint just scrap out from it......i think it is due to heat......after the warranty wht will i do.....????
Navin j if it is under warranty you can approach to showroom/service centre and ask to get it changed. If it is out of warranty, then you can buy a new one.

Depends on your riding comfort bro. Both bikes have max power. But riding experience of both the bikes is totally different. I suggest to have a test ride of both bikes and make a move.

Veeran Matmari I've been using stealth black for a year and a half. I ride around 60kms everyday and I am getting around 30-35 kmpl city plus highway. And on pure highway I had got 40kmpl.

He was telling that if you empty your fuel tank your fuel tank will be not working further, because re 500 should not empty the fuel tank because the fuel pump will only cooled in fuel
