@@zulfiqar7967if you are an experienced bike rider you would know when to change the gear. Mileage is all about low rpms. The lower the rpm the lesser energy is produced which uses less fuel. Besides there are general rules like
1st gear: 0-10, 2nd gear: 10-25/30 and so on.
The main fault that bullet . riders do is initial quick acceleratin. slowly accelerate when you start moving keeping RPM 2 to 2.5 k. Avoid unwanted breaking by watching the road condition . Keep correct tyre pressure and lube the chains . I get 43 to 50 KM mileage to my TB 350 2017 model .
Apart from fuel, there are long term benefit of 50-60 kmph. Like lower wear and tear of clutch wire, brakes shoe, engine packing, gears, chain set and overall body.

I own bullet 500, gives me an average of 32 in locals because i always ride around 40 - 50, but very surprisingly it increases to around 50 when riding on highways

Very right. I am extracting mileage of 27-28 kmpl from my Street 750 in this same way where many reviewers say they are hardly getting 20 kmpl on highway.
Royal Enfields are made for slow and calm riding those engines for not made for high revs.... 45 Average is actually good for Royal enfields

Bhai that is not stock handle bar right if it's not please tell you handle bar type or model number, it's really looking nice
and u can also increase ur mileage by pressing clutuch lever when u are coming from higher to lower altitude .
But it will destroy your clutch plate. Do everything in moderation.

Thank you very much for this informative video. There are so many advantages to riding at a steady speed between 40 and 60 kmph. Not only is it easy on the wallet, it is good for the environment too, because of a smaller carbon footprint. Also, speed kills. You are safer if you are not speeding, as you gave greater control over the bike. Of course mileage is going to vary depending on things like traffic density, wind buffeting, weight of the rider, whether you have a pillion, whether you are going uphill or downhill etc, but we can all benefit from riding sensibly. My Classic 350 CC BS6 has been giving 50+ KMPL mileage in city riding conditions since beginning, i.e., June, 2020. The practice only I adopted is nothing but the least using of clutch. Hats off Royal Enfield

My thunderbird is giving 42 per liter since I have purchased my bike in 2017 December.I believe half the rpm of the speed gives you a better average.I follow this rule rest I don’t know.but for me it works very good till date
