my classic 350 gave me 53kmpl. Done a retuning to increase pickup and the mileage and now it is 49- 50 kmpl. My relative, who has a 2014 classic 500 and weighs abt 120 kgs gets a constant mileage of 42 kmpl on highway runs. Servicing the bike regularly , single hand use and maintaining a constant speed with no jerky throttle and show-offs gives this mileage easily.
42kmpl is not easy. And how come its 120 kg? its around 190kg if am not wrong. And please elaborate constant speed, coz one can do constant speed of 90kmph and also 30kmph.

My Royal Enfield giving only 20 Kmpl as I have RE Classic 500 Desert storm in UAE. The capacity of Fuel tank is very less as I have to keep 3 liters in reserve in tank & as per RE machanic I should not fill the full tank so approx I should keep 10 to 11 liters with 3 liters reserve so I can put only 7-8 liters petrol & I drive everyday around 200Kms so almost 2 times per day visit in petrol station & the major problem in UAE with accessories are not available, very limited options for accessories for RE. Rest of all Great.
Classic 500 ofcourse. Only thing is that EFI and TPS has to be taken care of. Always keep 3 - 4 litres in the tank. BULLET 500 has carburetor. Classic has more retro look with saddle spring seat and single seat option.It also makes power than Bullet 500

Hii Bro I am facing another problem in my Enfield Due to After marker Silencer(as I think) My bike's engine oil getting reduced by 1 ltr after 2k kms of oil change. Bike machenic said Aapki Bike Oil Chor rhi hai What could be solution as per you Apart from using original silencer
if there's no smoke then bike isn't burning oil so that black carbon is not oil but unburnt petrol. there might be a leak, have a look at oil drain bolts . also check your spark plugs. if they have oil on them then your bike might be burning oil like that mech said "apki bike oil chor rhi hai"

Your fuel injectors could possibly pull impurities and dirt in furl tank to spray injectors thats why always put adequate petrol in an fi engine
