In this video I share my experience on becoming a Social Work Adjunct Professor. I can go into a lot more detail if you all would like, but wanted to share at least share 5 things to consider before becoming a Social Work professor. Being a Social Work faculty member is not a Social Work job, it is a true commitment to learning that impacts the next generations of Social Workers.

I’m 21 barely halfway with community college but very interested in social work and helping others. What classes do you recommend I take. Believe it or not I have really no guidance and direction on what classes I should be taking. Aside from general Ed requirements. Any suggestions. Also I love your videos

If you haven’t already you should talk to a counselor to make sure you are taking the right classes in order to succeed and be able to transfer to a four year university
