    • @abumusa_ch
      @abumusa_ch  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Keep picking up the phone, over and over just don't stop for ages inbetween calls. It does also help to learn whatever you need to before, as if you know how to deal with different situations/scenarios you'll be more confident in calling.

      I’m late but , say the dua of musa alaihi salam: rabbish rahli sadrii wa yasirlii amri wahlul ‘ukdatam millisaani yafqahu qawli. (Search the Arabic so you know it properly) other than that just remember they don’t know you, don’t worry about what they think of you. Breathe through your diaphragm. Don’t rush and think about how you sound, which can cause you to stutter. Rather think about what you’re saying and what they’re saying so you don’t stutter or say uhh.

    what happens when you send a potential candidate who then interviews with the company and gets rejected initially but then, this same individual still gets taken on by the company to avoid paying x% to you, the recruiter? in other words, take advantage of the services provided by a recruitment agency. This has happened to me where the company I interviewed told me to tell my agency that I didn't get the job but did anyway directly.

    • @abumusa_ch
      @abumusa_ch  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Appreciate it! I wouldn't say someone with no experience should go into recruitment. They should learn the skills at the very least before they do it otherwise they'll start, fail and think it's the industries fault but really they were never prepared for it and learnt what does and doesn't work.

    What would kf been good is if you didn't fast forward the BD questions you was asking the client. You could of bleeped out the clients response but knowing the right fact finding questions is where a lot of recruiters are falling short and are desperate to obtain this info.
    Just my opinion.

    Can this be a side job or does this require full time, can I for example set up a business at the same time as doing recruitment? What can you do if you are an introvert and aren't a peoples person which I would assume is as important as the sales skills? Sales is broad term, recruitment falls under it (correct me if I'm wrong), what other areas would you encourage people to work in, I think I would find recruitment boring personally?

    • @abumusa_ch
      @abumusa_ch  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It can be done on a part time basis yes but does usually require a good amount of time. It totally depends on you to be honest some people just want to make the money for a short time and go on to do something else. Someone might see it a step to getting some cash to starting something they do actually want to do so I guess depends on everyones situation.

    sales people rarely if never speak of lead generation and how to get to the decision maker

  • @ismailakbar6449
    @ismailakbar6449 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Abu why don't you ask the gate keeper to put you through to the decision maker or whoever is in charge of recruitment to speak instead of only taking an email which there's nothing wrong with but in sales I've seen people always to ask to speak to who ever is in charge on the call live.

    • @abumusa_ch
      @abumusa_ch  2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Great question Ismail, so I always say its crucial to build rapport with the gate keeper. She/he are the ones that know a lot of information but usually people don’t take advantage rather they think the sale is just with the decision maker. Gate keepers though are trained to reject you they’re taken back when someones nice, shows them importance and asks them for a ‘favour’. I will ask for the person who deals with it but I give the pitch to the gatekeeper first. Hope that makes sense
