Was in south wales lately, beutifull weather, really clear blue ocean too! Immaculate ! Plenty of food out there for these sharks! It is certainly not impossible for a g.w.s to show itself close to our shores this summer!
Thanks for the update. And it's amazing how big distances those sharks can do. Have you any update on the OCEARCH project? Are you gonna get on board, even if they don't do UK's water? 🦈🦈🦈🦈

@@AirbornePirates If there's a substantial population of Orca's around the UK coastline would that perhaps act as something of a deterrent for Great Whites establishing themselves?

I’ve literally seen a great white in Britain but was not quick enough to get footage of any kind, so I KNOW we have at least one great white, but there’ll be more.
There’s plenty of food there such as seals the water temp is fine they just don’t like the politics of the place 😂 on the real tho there’s probably a deeper meaning no pun intended. Just letting you know In Western Australia the water isn’t warm it’s certainly not tropical
3:28 photo of a white shark in South Africa isnt it? temperature is played out now -- making an argument for either side of it doesnt make sense. = Loads of places where the temp is ideal and there are no white sharks Conversely there are enough place where the temp isnt ideal and there are white sharks. At best the Uk might be like Australian white sharks in one way only transient white sharks.
I think the issue is there is little evidence of them there despite them being a cold water fish with a common food that resides in the uk. I also think the media doesn't help as they sensationalise the idea of a great white as some kind of exotic fish. Pretty sure they swim past france. I think. I wonder if it's something to do with killer whale populations in that region of the world? Maybe it deters them??? I'm not a biologist or scientist, I'm a spearo in aus. Just a thought. The uk gets other big fish, turtles ect... I'm pretty sure most people there aren't aware of that.

I don't get why people don't realise the water temps here are perfect for the Whities.
Quite true.. but not enough food for them.

New Zealand is amazing! I have family in Taranaki

If they can go up to nova scotia, why couldn't they come here.
Absolutely!
So true
Nothing stopping them but great whites are in a lot more numbers off the east coast of America and Canada than they are in Western Europe.
Keep delivering the excellent content brother..
Thanks, will do! 😬🦈🌊
Great video, I've no doubt they are in British waters, just trying to stay away from the Mersey estuary and Blackpool due to water quality 🙃
Devon too
Ive seen one in the Humber mate. It had a dirty nappy on
