Sorry again Kelly! Don't be afraid though, our bodies are designed to heal! :) With the right food and lifestyle, you'll definitely heal in time. Be patient and stay positive

I'm so sorry you're still feeling so rough, but I'm so glad you finally have a diagnosis! Must be a huge relief. Really hope you're on the road to better health soon Kelly. Take care! 💖💖
My family and I will be praying for the most effective route for your health thatll help treat not only your physical health but your emotional and mental health as well. We are so happy that you finally have answers after so long and through so many struggles. Stay strong and lean on your amazing man and know we are not our struggles! You can and you will conquer this hurdle ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
I'm glad that you finally know what's going on with you! I think another TH-camr, Chloe Ting also had SIBO and made videos on how she improved and manages it!
I am so incredibly happy for you to have finally received a diagnosis! I know that this is by far the end of your journey to getting back to a “normal” state of health, but I hope you’re doing well and I wish you all the best in your journey moving forward. がんばれ!
Got diagnosed with SIBO several years ago, was prescribed a similar solution. Duolac probiotics in the morning, miso + natto + kefir (fermented foods) as part of my breakfast, low fodmaps food for the rest of my meals. Consistent bedtimes, yoga, and exercise. It's taken years, but my waist circumference has gone from ~92cm before bed to ~78cm. I think I still have some way to go - if I eat high fodmaps stuff I still get slight bloating - but I've felt better each year and reckon it's possible to recover completely. Would suggest meal prepping and freezing meals, cravings went away but it took several years of dietary discipline to get there. Good luck.
I had sibo a couple of years back, it was such a hard and long process to finally recover and feel better. I completely empathize with you here and the entire first part of the video I just knew it was sibo...it's so painful and uncomfortable and not many people understand what you're going through. It took me around 8 months to recover, but now I feel so much better. I know you'll get there too.
I went off my pill too 3 years ago after 7 years. My face decided to got acne like a teenager. After 2,5 years my skin got finally better. I wish you much of love and positive energy from Austria 🇦🇹
Thank you for these videos. Living overseas, sometimes I forget to pause and really take a look at a health issue I may be having and remain thoughtful of the steps I should take to take care of my body. But it's definitely something to be proactively while living in a different country and also careful about when going to different doctors. I am currently in the process of changing my own life style but it takes a lot of effort and frustrations so videos like this help so much!
First off good for you about finally getting to know what is wrong. I suffer from back pains also so mattress does determine how I feel when I wake up. My spine disks are basically worn away. Hope you eat well and feel better soon. By the way I keep seeing your fiance photos advertising your videos thought I might check the site, his profole shows he can take some gorgeous photos, to bad not going to visit Tokyo again work and medical reasons. Keep on smiling.
I’m so glad you got an answer. My Dr diagnosed me with SIBO in the spring and most of my sensitivities have healed. The best part was the supplement to treat it we’re all natural. I hope your recover my goes as well as mine did good luck!
Congratulations on the receipt of a diagnosis. Now you can move forward with the healing process. Yes, it will take time and there will be moments of frustration along the way as there is with any journey. However, you can move in the direction you need to go with both confidence and resolve. You've already proven your tenacity, so I'm confident that you'll succeed. I had 13 years with an unresolved condition that didn't take all that long (by comparison) to mitigate and control once I had the diagnosis. Hang in there!
So so happy for you! I’m still waiting for a diagnosis myself. After having my daughter I’ve had some intestinal/stomach issues that give me so much pain and discomfort, I get so bloated sometimes that I still look pregnant (even though I’ve lost most of my pregnant belly). Praying that I get a diagnosis soon too so I know how to manage it all!
Hang in there, Kelly. I pray for continued healing and now, more knowledge as to how to achieve that. I have a family member who has pretty much given up on digestive issues, so I linked this video and your channel to her for maybe some inspiration. Blessings.
Hi Kelly! Your video inspired me to look up SIBO because of all the gut and health issues I have been having for years (cramps, skin issues, depression...) - I went to countless of doctors but none of them was able to treat me. While looking into SIBO and what it's connected to, I found the low-FODMAP diet which is apparently the state-of-the-art therapy for IBS patients. None of my doctors ever told me about it. I now found a trained dietitian who is supporting me with the low-FODMAP diet. It is supposed to help me manage my symptoms and to finally get better. I just wanted to say thank you for being open about your own health struggles, as it helped me to finally find what's wrong with me and to take back control of my body. Thanks, Kelly, and stay as positive and cheerful as you are in your videos! :)
Low FODMAP will not cure you or is not good long term. You should be taking medication specifically for SIBO or antimicrobials. I’m not on low FODMAP cause low FODMAP is malnourishing after some time and will cause more issues later. No gluten and sugar or processed foods is enough with medicine until cured. Low FODMAP will only treat symptoms if you don’t have the medicine to compliment it
@@KellyMorita I luckily do not have SIBO, I have IBS and the low-FODMAP diet is helping me to identify either foods that trigger IBS symptoms or foods that I can tolerate and digest fine. Of course it is not long-term and I will start the reintroduction phase soon. All I wanted to say is thank you, as thanks to you I am now able to work on improving my gut health.
💕 Firstly, I'm so glad you finally received a diagnosis, and I hope you start improving your overall health !! 💕🙏🏻 I'm pretty surprised by how things you eat or use to cook, really make me think about what I use. (I'm probably your mom's age) I'm craving the vegetable curry dish you made in one of your videos. I even bought Liquid Aminos & am about to get rid of my old bottles of Soy sauce ! And you aren't kidding about Coconut milk being expensive, but Coconut Cream is even more !! Thank you for your nutrition videos ! I realize we aren't all the same, but many things are healthier for everyone, and many things are not good for us ! You're at least giving us ideas to think about when we go shopping for our next meals !! 🤗😍🙋🏻♀️
💕 I just thought of another thing you reminded me of. For years I had some symptoms from bi-polar disorder, but never knew what it was. When a Psychiatrist diagnosed it years ago, I also had such a huge since of relief & cried as well ! 😌😉👋🏼
Thank goodness you have a diagnosis! I hope the pain eases soon and that your gut is able to heal quickly. A lot of the time elimination/"healing" diets can seem counterintuitive with what you're told you can and can't eat but it is worth it in the end 😊 good call on weaning off caffeine - it's unfortunately very inflammatory - but be sure to drink at least 2L, preferably 3L. I'm so excited for you! ❤
This is great! I’m so glad you finally know^^ You can finally move towards managing and curing it. I actually have a family member who dealt with [spoilers] and a friend who is currently dealing with it. My friend was diagnosed a year ago and has been actively getting healthier since pinpointing the problem, while my cousin is in full remission^^ Your odds bode very well now that you know the issue, 頑張ります!
also, a delicious easy bfast recipe i use all the time because i can't eat oats. Rice, berries, with coconut milk and honey mixed in... SO GOOD & SO EASY!
Try the low fodmap diet I have the same gut issues and this diet has totally changed my life, it may seem hard to get used to and stick today the start, but its totally worth it! Try cutting out onion, garlic, sweet potato, broccoli, apples, dried fruit, coffee ( I drink black tea instead) gluten and dairy
this is probably gonna sound stupid, especially on a video where you’re talking about health problems you’re struggling with, but you are such an inspiration to me. like the advice you give and the hope you provide is such a comfort. you’re like the big sister i really needed all this time (and i have 4 older sisters so that means something). i just really appreciate your existence and your making videos. keep going strong, please. i hope you are able to find a routine that will truly heal you and that you can keep to. i also wish you happiness in your future with ryuji :) and again, thank you for providing the encouragement i need. i was able to get through the stress of applying to hokkaido university by binging your videos 🥰
He’s my nutritionist currently. Ppl say he forces veganism on you but he doesn’t. Although warming less meat is my goal if I can get rid of all these allergies to other proteins
LoveLyzKelly that’s awesome! I agree, I don’t think he forces veganism but points out how we could all eat better. I’ve been vegetarian for 19 years, vegan for 3 of them and it works for me but not for everyone. There is no one size fits all. Hope your road to recovery is swift and I can’t wait to see where your journey takes you!
@@juliehawkins7936 I was a vegan for 17 years ! Now I'm a vegetarian for 12 + years ! Being a vegan was great & helped me to boost my immunes !!! I hardly get sick even now ! It got rid of my cats allergy even ! But nobody's talking about too much 💩 it produses !!! And I REALIZED THAT COULDN'T BE TOO HEALTHY ! As I was not eating much of bad things at all , the fibers were taking good stuffs like nutrients out of my body !!! And it was SCRAPING my intestinal walls !!! So , I went to a vegetarian !
Happy for you, finally knowing what the problem is with your gut. Hope u get better. I have gut problems too. This video made me hungry :) and a bit emotinal.
So glad that you found an answer! I look forward to seeing you recover and doing what you love without fears for your health! Btw that golden milk sounds delicious!
I’ve been struggling with my skin for 7 months now since I went off the pill too. I had to do it because it was affecting my mental health. The first month I stopped taking the pill I felt myself again.
Happy your figuring how what you have to do for you to live a healthy life! Changing your diet is SO hard, I guess with having a diagnosis it must give you a bit more drive and incentive to stick with your diet changes. Wishing you the best💕
Awww that's so exciting you have a diagnosis!!!! Even though the road might be long (or hey maybe not so long?) it's amazing how comforting ::knowing:: what the issue is... putting a name and treatment plan to it, is. I'm hoping that once I have good health insurance again, I can get myself checked out for my own gut issues. So so proud of you for sticking this out and not giving up! Also, that looked like a delicious grocery haul, and I that golden milk looked warm and soothing! Must try it at some point! Best of luck to you on your new health journey and thank you for sharing it with us! :-) ^.^
I had sibo. Sibo is a symptom is another disorder. Mine was caused from Lyme. Others have it from poor GI motility, EBV, low stomach acid. Some people even develop it after food poisoning. There are great support groups on fb and tons of info online. It’s important that you find the cause of the sibo otherwise it will just keep coming back. Good luck! :)
Yay!!! So glad you'll finally have a full plan for a cure and won't have to guess anymore. Totally makes sense with the forced overuse of anitbiotics 😭 so sorry girl!
Glad to hear that you have a diagnosis. I wanted to suggest you take a look at the “Nemechek Protocol”. You can view the book on Amazon and read the reviews. We are using it for anxiety/ocd symptoms in our home. It’s all about gut health and the link to your brain and body. He believes in pre-biotic and not pro. His program has been used for autism, etc. and he speaks about SIBO and correcting it. The plan is easy, 3 things to take. 2 supplements and olive oil. Check it out. It might be worth trying:)
I have Sibo too. I have fructose intolerance as well caused by Sibo so check if you have fructose or/lactose intolerance because you have to follow a very strict diet until the Sibo is cured.
I had the same issues and I'm doing extremely well following the protocol from this book: Medical Medium: Secrets behind chronic and mystery illness and how to finally heal. The author is on IG and has podcasts on Soundcloud (as MedicalMedium). He has a podcast specifically on Soundcloud about SIBO.
I have Scoliosis myself and it sucks, I have back pain almost every day. It's most likely contributing to other health "problems" as well. Take care though, hope it all works out for you!
Do a light daily exercises at home, without lifting weight . It really helps. I am also in the same situation with a severe scoliosis. But exercises helped me to live without pain.
@@gorb480 Yeah, I been lifting weights most of my adult life, can't do it much anymore. I have been doing light Yoga with my girlfriend lately, so it helps a bit.
Hey I was having issues with my gut health (ibs) I would recommend the FODMAP diet but definitely ask a dietitian before even attempting it It can be dangerous if you have any other health issues. This change my life for the better. I hope it can help you Love your channel hope you start feeling better soon ☺️
Hey there! I don’t know if they ship to Japan but here in the states I use a website called thrive market to get my organic/diet specific health foods. You can even shop by your diet type on their website thrivemarket.com. I thought that might be helpful. I’m sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I know the diets for SIBO can be quite restrictive and if it’s severe you can be on antibiotics for quite awhile. I hope the treatment your docs choose works well for you and you feel better soon!
Hey there! SIBO symptoms can be easily fixed with antibiotics :) I hope your doctor went to that option first and foremost! I know this is late but I've had it 2 times now (I'm very susceptible with my skin condition - I know, weird). The ONLY reason I was diagnosed so quickly is because my brother's went through months of horrible testing for the exact same thing. The thing I suggest is actually exactly what you're doing (I'm hoping your doctor quickly provided you with antibiotics to clear it). Just be regular about your probiotics and it should stop it from coming back, or only have it come back rarely (and as I'm hoping you know now it's a quick fix). If it becomes too frequent I would suggest limiting sugar and cutting gluten entirely from your diet but that is more of a last resort thing! Good luck, I know how mystifying SIBO is and how hard it is to get it diagnosed if you don't know exactly what you are looking for 🙃
Congrats! It's so much better if you actually know what's causing your symptoms and can then actively work on it. I've done all examinations and elimination diets that probably exist in the past 5 years. Nobody knows what's going on with my body. I still refuse to give up .... but of course I'll never know if what I'm eating is actually causing more damage or not. How did they test you for SIBO in Japan? Just curious if they're using different methods. :)
I've watched other videos where others (new/newer to Asian food) experienced stomach/intestinal issues. Apparently they used charcoal tablets and their issues resolved. Not sure about the dose, etc. Might be worth researching and asking your doctor. Another thought...you mention being very fatigued. Adrenal insufficiency might be worth researching, too. Hope you feel better soon!!
Thank you for recommending the Trello app. I watch 'Justin Rhodes' Homesteading youtube channel and his wife Rebecca Rhodes of 'The Beautiful Life" had severe digestive issues as well as... He also got ill with Chronic Lime disease and they both started homesteading and raising their own food to counter major illness. Obviously, this is not open to you, living in a big city, but Rebecca has been on a strict GAPS diet and what I find amazing is that if you look at old videos of her prior to her GAPS diet, she looks swollen, tired and red. If you look at her now- well it's proof they are doing something VERY right. I encourage you to peruse her videos and check out how she was before and see for inspiration.
@@KellyMorita it's been 8 years, obviously with a new diet and lifestyle! But now I can eat almost everything. Except for milk, but that's because I'm lactose intolerant! During that period anyway, I've lost 20kg in 2months😭still struggling with my metabolism. In fact now can't go down 65kg even with diet a gym. Hope you get better very soon, you deserve it!!! You are amazing!
I got a similar mattress from a NZ start up (I live in NZ) called Winkl and its sooo good as I have a repetitive back injury. I don't know if they ship outside of NZ though.
@@karinhonma4384 true, but I still think that much of this plastic is not necessary in the first place. Not everything gets recycled and why waste resources in the first place? I have been in Japan before and I admire their efforts in sorting trash and recycling, but one cannot deny that Japan is a nation with a very high use of plastic and I think it's debatable if this necessary. However, I do not say that other nations are any better in recycling, but nevertheless the mere usage of plastic in Japan is very high.
UnbreakableSnapeFan i agree! im japanese, so i understand our packaging is so excessive! honestly i feel like japan tries to use less paper and stuff but we should rly focus on plastic too!
@@karinhonma4384 I looked up the worldwide use of plastic and it seems to be that Germany (which is where I live) is the worst when it comes to plastic use per person. I didn't know this, it's horrible. I also do not see as much packaging as in Japan to be honest. When I visited Japan, they put everything you bought into several plastic bags. I thought this has something to do with showing the customer that you appreciate his/her buying. But still, unnecessary. However I really want to find out where Germany has all the use of plastic, since I do not see it that much in every day life.
UnbreakableSnapeFan yes, its quite interesting and mysterious. japan usually has lots of packaging because we are rly picky about sanitation, so that is why most produce and food is over packaged, it rly is unnecessary, and i hope japan does something abt it, their packaging is always so clever and cool, but i hope japan reduced it :(((
did you know you can make your own cauliflower rice? just use a head of fresh cauliflower, and use a food processor or something that can rice it, and freeze asap so you keep everything fresh. you can use baggies for easier flatness and storage.
Oh my gosh 😱 I was hoping so bad you were pregnant LOL 😆 please feel better.☹️ And I am happy that you were finally able to figure out what’s wrong with you!!
SIBO causes leaky gut, and I saw your paperwork said "Leaky Gut Protocol" at one point in the video. There is a product that SEALS leaky gut within 30 minutes. And you take it prior to eating to keep your gut sealed while you eat (since wheat, dairy, antibiotics, pesticides and genetically modified foods all CAUSE leaky gut). It's called Restore. You can buy it here and read about it: www.amazon.com/dp/B01DVACA1C/ref=twister_B071VVY3JL It's expensive... PS, Restore has recently rebranded as IonBiome....
Hi! Could you please share what hospital did you go to? I live in Japan and have same symptoms and no one can help me find out what’s going on:( please!
Just a note to the "getting off the pill" before I continue with the video. When I got off 2 years ago, is had 3 months of no changes and then 3 months of extreme hair-loss. it was terrible and I'm still recovering today. The following 3 months were no hair loss AT ALL and since then, my hair is back to almost normal. Nowhere as thick as is used to be but the hair loss is as its normal level again. At the beginning i had these tiny baby hairs everywhere which were all the same length and it looked ridiculous (like a brush) for months. Now I can at least tuck them behind my ears. I'm saying this because I know you've been struggling with hair loss yourself. Just so you won't be surprised in case it happens to you. It doesn't happen to everyone, like I myself for example had only minimal effects on my skin and no effects on my weight.
Pain celery juice will help with your stomach issues and a prolonged use if it will help clear up your skin and grow your hair. We have alot of the same issues lol hope all is going well!
I don't have that digestive issue but it is very good to help your skin and cleaning out all of the toxins you ingest. And I has been proven to help with hair growth. It's especially good for energy. If you have found something that works though I'm happy your finally on the road to feeling better.
As odd as it sounds: Congratulations for finding out you had SIBO. I am glad you finally know why you were suffering this whole time. I am sure that you will be able to adapt to the new diet and even cure it now that you know what the mystery diagnosis is! Good luck with this Journey and I hope you recover quickly :)
U many want to try Dr.Morse female reproductive tonic caps..when I went off the pill it really helped me..but I also had to take the happiness caps to even out my mood but the fem caps helped my skin a lot. ^_~ Also the Renew life ultimate flora extra care probiotic 200 billion live cultures caps r pretty good to..or Jarro-Dophilus is good to and I take them for my stomach..its kind of to acidic so I have to take these or something like them to keep healthy..though I don't think u really have the same problems but just thought I'd say something. ^_^' Also u can kind of make coconut milk at home..there r so many recopies out there but it's so easy..just look it up..though I still like the one from the real thing but the cane is ok lol..and making it from just the meat is not bad. ^_~ Add some ginger to ur golden milk or a little black pepper it's good..also if u can a little honey is ok I think. I really hope things workout with u. ^_^ Ty for reading this and sorry I don't read or reply to anyone seeing as I have less drama that way. ^_^
As you were talking about your symptoms, I had a feeling it was going to be SIBO. Nikki Limo also talked about her journey, good luck and I wish you the best.
You should look up Nikki Limo! She had the same thing as was able to get it under control. I’m happy you finally got the answers you need to get better ❤️
IMPORTANT READ so my doctor tested my like yours and diagnosed me with SIBO after I came back from Japan. But sibo is caused by a bacteria called h pylori in almost all cases. I was treating the sibo and not the h pylori and not getting better. I did a home test for h pylori and had it. I transitioned to treating the h pylori and that helped so much more than trying to just stick to a sibo diet. Lemme know if u want more advice :) I’m friends with Gretchen and randomly ran into this video. Immediately knew from the title what you were probably going to get diagnosed with at the end. From a foreigner also getting sick in Japan, thought i should say something
Try going vegetarian to incorporate lots of fresh veg. You should also make your own fermented vegeteables like sauerkraut because in the store bought ones they add vinegar which actually reduces the number of any beneficial bacteria. Also if you ever eat beans as a vegetarian OMLY SOAK AND COOK THEM YOURSELF. From a can its soo bad you will get gas for daysssss :( however if you soak them properly (24 hours) and then cook (stovetop or I use pressure cooker) then theres no gasat all!! at least for me! If you even had problems with constipation, also try going vegetarian because I have been for a couple years now and whenever I eat meat for only ONE meal, next day I get constipation lol
Hurrah for a proper diagnosis! I hope that you can work out a new healthy routine based on the diagnosis and give your body what your body needs. And I hope that you will soon be feeling much better!
How did they test you for SIBO? I commented a few months ago about how your food allergies & symptoms are so similar to mine. My dr told me most my allergies are minor and that they may not affect me, but i feel like literally everything i eat messes up my stomach. and i think it's funny that you said you got off the pill and you face broke out, same happened to me as well xD

Hello, I’m sorry but I was unable to understand the name of the app you were telling us about ? I too suffer from “gut issues” and was given the same diagnosis. I don’t mean to sound discouraging but I was told that the diagnosis of SIBO is given because it covers non specific issues of the gut. It is because they don’t really know the cause. The good news is that you are doing all the right things. It truly is in fact a process of elimination. It has been a long road for me but I found if I followed the Fodmap diet I felt better. Good luck to you in your journey of healing. The struggle is real 🥴
Congrats on getting a diagnosis! I'm going through something similar with stomach issues. I don't know if its induced by severe anxiety but it's so bad that I don't think it can be caused by my anxiety alone. Thankfully it's gone for now but I know the stomach problems will come back eventually. So I've been trying to find out what caused it and I keep getting misdiagnosed *or* blood test results say totally different things each week ?! Like I was told I have hyperthyroidism and suddenly the test shows up that I don't anymore. I don't know I am just super confused. But anyway my mom and I love your videos. Wishing you a good recovery (I haven't got to the end of the video yet). Take care
Misdiagnosis are not strangers to me unfortunately ! So , I undwrstand your frustrations ! About 49 % of the diagnosises are false ! That's nearly 50 % !!! Crazy !
Hello Austria !💜💜💜💙❤💖
Thanks for alll the comments!
May I ask what supplement did you take? thanks
Congrats on your diagnosis! i know how much of a difference it made for my partner and I hope it will be so helpful for you.
You don't have to cut out all sweet things, my dad uses honey. He has this condition too. Good luck to you! Glad you have a diagnosis finally.
Good!! Then that’s a perfect way to do it!!
💕 Firstly, I'm so glad you finally received a diagnosis, and I hope you start improving your overall health !! 💕🙏🏻
I'm pretty surprised by how things you eat or use to cook, really make me think about what I use.
My friend was diagnosed a year ago and has been actively getting healthier since pinpointing the problem, while my cousin is in full remission^^
Your odds bode very well now that you know the issue, 頑張ります!
Keep smiling your beautiful smile ❤️ we're all here for you
also, a delicious easy bfast recipe i use all the time because i can't eat oats.
That’s so sweet 😭 not stupid haha
So happy you finally got your diagnosis! hope you feel better soon :)
You should look into Gojiman. He has sooooo much info on his channel about SIBO and steps you can take. Good luck! ❤️
Gojiman is a great source! I recommend him too
He’s my nutritionist currently.
Good luck! :)
Hope you get well soon ♡
You don't need to be sorry for your skin not being good or anything btw!
Yay!!! So glad you'll finally have a full plan for a cure and won't have to guess anymore. Totally makes sense with the forced overuse of anitbiotics 😭 so sorry girl!
Listen to your doctors and look into a low fodmap diet, fasting after eating for 3-4 hours after each meal. Wishing you quick healing.
I love how unfiltered all your videos are ♥️
Glad to hear that you have a diagnosis.
Welcome back! I missed you. I hope you feel better soon!
Hey I was having issues with my gut health (ibs) I would recommend the FODMAP diet but definitely ask a dietitian before even attempting it
It can be dangerous if you have any other health issues. This change my life for the better. I hope it can help you
Love your channel hope you start feeling better soon ☺️
Good luck, I know how mystifying SIBO is and how hard it is to get it diagnosed if you don't know exactly what you are looking for 🙃
i'm so happy for you finally knowing and I hope you cure one day, wish you good luck!
Kelly, I'm happy that you know what is going on with your health, finally!
I hope that you will fully cure soon! Take care!
I encourage you to peruse her videos and check out how she was before and see for inspiration.
lowkey thought ur pregnant with the thumbnail but anyways take careeeee
Me tooo
I mean...I’m pregnant with bacteria 🤷♀️
If she was pregnant than it would be a parasite and not a bacteria :p
I thought the same, Especially when she mentioned going off the pill and how her cravings have been crazy!! haha!

I’m so glad you received a clear diagnosis and are able to plan more effectively! 😄 stay strong 💪🏼 ❤️
With SIBO I had only 3 weeks of antibiotics and now I'm good
It’ll come back after a year or so if you don’t take care
It's incredible how much plastic is used for packaging food in Japan.
UnbreakableSnapeFan yeah, and its so crazy how much they recycle too!
UnbreakableSnapeFan yes, its quite interesting and mysterious. japan usually has lots of packaging because we are rly picky about sanitation, so that is why most produce and food is over packaged, it rly is unnecessary, and i hope japan does something abt it, their packaging is always so clever and cool, but i hope japan reduced it :(((
Thank you for this I really needed to know more about SIBO. I do hope everything improves well. ♡
did you know you can make your own cauliflower rice? just use a head of fresh cauliflower, and use a food processor or something that can rice it, and freeze asap so you keep everything fresh. you can use baggies for easier flatness and storage.

I am so happy that you have an answer!
It doesn't happen to everyone, like I myself for example had only minimal effects on my skin and no effects on my weight.
have you ever made your own coconut milk? its reallly easy in a blender. you just need hot water and coconut flakes! I make it all the time.
Pain celery juice will help with your stomach issues and a prolonged use if it will help clear up your skin and grow your hair. We have alot of the same issues lol hope all is going well!
Celery juice is def not good if you have SIBO haha
I don't have that digestive issue but it is very good to help your skin and cleaning out all of the toxins you ingest. And I has been proven to help with hair growth. It's especially good for energy. If you have found something that works though I'm happy your finally on the road to feeling better.
My heart is there for you on the gut issues.
Also the Renew life ultimate flora extra care probiotic 200 billion live cultures caps r pretty good to..or Jarro-Dophilus is good to and I take them for my stomach..its kind of to acidic so I have to take these or something like them to keep healthy..though I don't think u really have the same problems but just thought I'd say something. ^_^'
Also u can kind of make coconut milk at home..there r so many recopies out there but it's so easy..just look it up..though I still like the one from the real thing but the cane is ok lol..and making it from just the meat is not bad. ^_~
Add some ginger to ur golden milk or a little black pepper it's good..also if u can a little honey is ok I think.
I really hope things workout with u. ^_^
Ty for reading this and sorry I don't read or reply to anyone seeing as I have less drama that way. ^_^
SIBO here too..............so much fun...........2 months left on my protocol........ugh You got this! Fight the brain fog, cramping, nausea, fatigue!
Did you get sibo because of all the antibiotics that doctors prescribed to you?
As you were talking about your symptoms, I had a feeling it was going to be SIBO. Nikki Limo also talked about her journey, good luck and I wish you the best.
You should look up Nikki Limo! She had the same thing as was able to get it under control. I’m happy you finally got the answers you need to get better ❤️
I love that they have cauliflower rice here! And that coco curry does it now.
I hope soon you will be better, wish you the best. Have a beautiful day. Greetings from Europe 😊
Thanks! I tested for h. Pylori and I don’t have it
LoveLyzKelly oh good glad you don’t have it
Ohh my god finally one mote mew videos u r good inspiration for others
Making your own sauerkraut is reallllyyy easy just salt and cabbage!! just find a recipe online if you want precise numbers of salt to cabb ratio.

Oh geez I have schuermanns disease had to have my whole back broken and fused. Thanks for sharing your scoliosis, firm beds a must.
Search out FODMAP diet which is typically recommended for sibo. Good thing is it is also great for auto immune to allergies + as well.
You take a "Breath Test", some doctors may be aware of this, but I was most successful through a Naturopath.
Where do you recommend to get a japanese quilt? I find them so nice and fluffy.
The autoimmune protocol diet is excellent for resetting gut health and identifying trigger foods.

For me, it’s gut motility and too many antibiotics. Also too much sugar in my diet. That’s my cause.
LoveLyzKelly what was the name of the app you were talking about in the video ?? You said it, but I could not understand what you said sorry 😐.
since you're a fan of Japan, did you play Shenmue back in the day?
Crazy ! I suggest you to do journals , diaries ! Just write what you did & ate & drink everyday ! And describe what happened before & after you got sick or any attacks ! And see the patterns if there 's any & try eliminating one thing at a time & see if that does make you feel better or not ! One by one to narrow the posibilities of the cause ! Good luck ! Yeah I should be better at writing down how my day goes each day, it'll help with that and maybe some peace of mind. I have a diary, notebooks, even a nice weekly planner but I never manage to stick with writing in em daily. Its gotta become a habit I guess. I also get super anxious that someone will find and read anything I write in them but I should probably get in the habit anyway cause it's not likely to actually happen. It sucks cause I'm pretty sure I have that fear after my dad took out my years old diary when I was in 6th grade and read it out loud to me in a mocking voice, a part where I wrote about a crush I had on my best friend's older brother. Ugh yikes my childhood sucked and I don't remember what I was taking about. 🙈🙈 The end
