hi guys, i was there in this concert, the best day of my life, thanks for show your feelings with us, greetings from Buenos Aires, Argentina, the best place for the all concerts any genre. VIVA EL ROCK
AC/DC played 3 nights in Argentina. So picture that crowd for 3 nights and rocking.
This is River Plate Stadium, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. That stadium had 60.000 persons when sold out each night. AC/DC played 3 nights there in December of 2009. I was there at the 2nd night, where the video was filmed. By the way, we speak spanish here.
@@rocknrollmachine2289 : 3 sold out nights of 60.000 means 180.000. That's the absolute reality about River Plate Stadium for concerts. The shows were December 2, 4 and 6 of 2009. I was at the Dec 4th show (the one filmed for the official video). I'm from Buenos Aires, and I went to see concerts at River Plate many times.

I was in two of the three nights that the biggest rock band played in Buenos Aires, I was lucky enough to see almost all the great bands that played in Argentina and absolutely nothing compares to what we experienced that night, the best recital of the history. They have to come play here. Greetings from Argentina.
That ''noose' is for Brian to swing on, it is connected to the 'bell" that tolls at the beginning of 'Hells Bells', been to their 'Rock and Roll train' and 'Black Ice' concerts here in Sydney Australia, energy off the charts, moshpit is the only place to be.
River Plate is a football (soccer 😂) stadium in Buenos Aires,Argentina.
Their concert crowds and their football crowds are second to none,wild doesn’t begin to describe them.

There are two further iconic songs I suggest you check out from this iconic concert: "The Jack" (featuring the Angus strip tease), and "Let There Be Rock" -featuring one of the longest guitar solos you will ever see at a live concert.

No more iconic rock n' roll image than Angus Young duckwalking toward the camera, with his schoolboy hat pulled down tight, his hair flowing out from each side, and that wildly intense look on his face. That's rock n' roll!
This is one of their finest performances everything spot on the band is smoking and production is perfection 🙂
It was about 200 thousand people in 3 SOLD OUT nights at River Plate's stadium ( 67 thousand per night more and less). People from all over Argentina and from neighboring countries came to enjoy these concerts, apart from some suffocated people and some broken arms due to the crowd, all the attendees left the shows very happy. Of course, after the concerts, an important repair had to be carried out to the entire stadium due to the structural damage caused by the vibrations of the jumping and singing of the crowd. This is a small example of why bands worldwide call Argentina the best audience in the world (there is a video in youtube about that).
Love Brian Johnson but this is a BON SCOTT song and Bon sings it so much better.
Brian himself would probably say the same thing. :)

The Argentenians are crazy passionate. All the concerts I've seen in my life and not one is even close to what I've seen from River Plate.
River Plate(Argentina) is widely known(amongst fans AND bands) as THEE concert to play or be at!!
This song is from the Bon Scott era, but this is obviously with Brian Johnson.
I've been fortunate enough to have seen them live...great show!
I also have their DVD "Live, At Donnington".....one of the best concert videos I've seen....I HIGHLY recommend it if you find it somewhere...it might even be here on TH-cam!

This is in Argentina and the noose is connected to a bell when they do hells Bells, there was about 90,000 there for this show and the did 2 more show with the same number of people
we speak spanish in argentina. (Brasil speak portuguese), and the name of the stadium is in english and is the name of the river where is the city of Buenos Aires!
The fans actually damaged the foundations of the stadium forcing it to be closed for structural repairs , a genuine human earthquake !!.
It's not a festival. It's an AC/DC concert. All those people have come to see and hear AC/DC. It was normal for about 40,000 to 90,000 people to attend AC/DC concerts. AC/DC has been one of the most popular Rock bands for 40 years, always having full stadiums of people. They are one of the greatest rock bands in music history. There were around 200,000 people at this concert
after all these years (at least to me) Bon Scott is the ac/dc singer and Brian Johnson is the new guy

There was 80 thousand plus...rumor says more and it lasted 3 nights and there was just as many outside the stadium as in!!!

First saw them in 78 opening for Aerosmith, holy moly is all I can say. I saw them again in 79 in a smaller venue. Bon use to carry Angus around on his shoulders while he did his solo. They went up the right side and we were on the left side. My friend had the isle seat and turned around just in time for Angus to kick him right in the jaw as they came back down!
Saw the same tour. They blew Aerosmith away.

What does the crowd speak? Rock n Roll, that's what they speak. And yes, there were reports of people near the stadium calling emergency services to report an earthquake. And the stadium was closed after the 3 AC/DC concerts to repair cracks.
