I was there that day......what a brilliant gig it was.....AC/DC were simple balls out rock n roll.......I wish there were a few more bands like them out there today🎸🎸🎸
I was there (Monsters of Rock at Donington Park)every year throughout the 80's and 1st few years of the 90's. Oh what it was to be young at the right time
It's one of the bands I've seen most times, and never get tired of them. You come with lots of energy and expectations - and yet you are loaded through the evening and go home with even more. They are an incredibly live band .
There is only 1 and only ever will be 1 AC/DC, they are pure Aussie Rock, many try to copy but will never ever reach the heights they have achieved. Despite the losses they have gone through first losing Bon Scott and more recently losing Malcolm Young they still remain and will. I go back to the beginning of them and have followed them all my life, and though they have taken on the World they still remain humble down to earth. An example to many bands for sure, TY for loving them and showcasing them. Keep Safe Keep Strong 🦘🦘🦘🦘🎶🎶🎶🎶💖💖💖💖
The days of these mega shows are sadly gone. But i can say i was at many of them. And ac/dc are legends because of the music they put out and the shows they put on. I saw them once in indianapolis (smaller venue) in the early 90’s and i didnt know if i was going to survive the adrenaline. I left still buzzing from a truly awesome show.
I think this might be from their concert video “Live, At Donnington”….which I have on DVD…. I highly recommend picking it up if you find a copy….fantastic concert….AC/DC is just such a fun band…I’ve seen them once.
I've had the pleasure of seeing them on 4 different concert tours and They Always put on a Great Show!!! All in the early to mid 80's.. From Back in Black tour forward!! Always Great!!! 😎🤘💯💥
I feel the same way,I saw them 4 different concert tours back in the early 80's and Angus was an animal!! Great Concerts from Back in Black and Forward.. All with Brian Johnson, never got to see Bon Scott regrettably!! Always a great show!!!
❤Awesome video for this song❤. Love when Brian says, We just wanna hear you say high😂😂😂😂❤❤❤Love Chris drumming.❤ Best 2 experience I've ever had in my 59 years, was 81 FTATR and 96 Ballbreaker tours❤❤❤
C/DC Live At River Plate was recorded in Buenos Aires in December 2009 when nearly 200,000 fans (over 3 sold-out nights) thunderously welcomed AC/DC back after a 13-year absence from Argentina. How many people were at th…
Thats why we become musicians , the energy , the power the I don't know what to call coming from the croud , playing the music together etc and adrenaline shot u get its revitalize . I don't know how to explain it
In 50 years of their career, AC/DC sold over 250 million albums worldwide, roughly 100 million in the US. Back in Black alone sold 25 million copies (50 million worldwide), and went on to become the second highest-selling album in history.
guys you must watch live at the glasgow appollo with Bon Scott any song you'll love the young version of the band. let there be rock, riff raff or dog eat dog.
saw them a few times in sydney early 70's when angus used to climb the speakers turn his back on the audience and drop his pants giving what us aussies call a brown eye
Hey guys! Love yall , so straight up and honest and know damn good music!😂❤ Check out their underated album ,Fly On The Wall...aongs title track, sink the pink , Shake your Foundations...etc To me it all kicks butt and its really heavy..some didn't like it but some of us love it..wished Brian's vocals were louder..also the 95 album Ballbreaker...my first concert ..with my dad..rip❤
Grand Funk was the model for all hard rock bands from the 70s. In the summer of 78 we were shoehorning a V8 engine in a 71 Gremlin, All of a sudden my cousin , Dickybird slid sideways into the driveway, in his red 74 Vette,, Stood up and yelled, " Hey! Zoro ! Do you wanna go see AC/DC .. ? I threw down the wrench, hopped in, he handed me a brewsky , fired up a doobie, and we peeled out sideways. GREAT CONCERT ! Those Bon Scott days.
It sounds familiar because it's AC/DC! They never strayed from the original formula. An interviewer once condescendingly said to Angus that they've basically made the same album 10 times in a row, Angus corrected him and said no, they've made the same album 11 times in a row.🤣
WOW WOW WOW, UNBELIEVABLE!!! ❤ Should check out Shoot to Thrill from the same concert. Also how about Riff Raff official video (with Bon Scott) and Live Wire live in Paris (1979). Both incredible performances and Angus is a star!!!
I do like Brian johnson but i prefer to listen to Bon scott sing the older stuff. I know everyone focuses in on Angus young But Malcolm young is the best rhythm guitarist ever. RIP Malcolm.
I saw them Scott's last 2 yrs and Johnsons first 2 yrs, all inside the 10th row and Bon Scott was the better of the two in my opinion. One of Scott's yrs they were the warmup band for Aerosmith and blew Aerosmith off the stage
I'll mis Bon and Malcolm god bles you guy 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘 but Brian have a voice absolutely 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 fantastic 🤘💜💜💜💜💜 from 🇧🇪🇧🇪🇧🇪🇧🇪 🇧🇪 belgium to all AC⚡DC fans in the World 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
The donnington concert was ac/dc's best concert in my opinion. Y'all should watch the song jailbreak from this concert and watch Angus moon the entire audience
Maybe I’m biased because I’m a big AC/DC fan, but Angus and his Late brother Malcolm (R.I.P), have the best sounding guitar tone in rock, Gibson SG + Gretsch Duo Jet + Marshall Amp = Rock N Roll Heaven.
Heeeey, nice reaction to this one ! Could you do the Dirty deeds done dirt cheap one at river plate, or hells bells live at river plate, could be very fun to watch ! Love u guys
Decided to "become famous"? I think they wanted that from the beginning, especially as they saw their older brother George being famous in the Easybeats and then being guided by him about the highs and lows of fame.
My very first album was Acdc Highway to Hell. Think I was 8. 2nd album was the Gambler by Kenny Rogers & 3rd was Juice Newton. 4th was Don Williams informed by my cousin's but also by my mom& step Dad
Yes, nothing against Darren Craig song wrong video have to watch their official video of this song it is live, but it looks like they’re playing in a club. They are very young playing this song back then have to watch that video. And while I have your attention, I need you to check out a video. It’s called post Toasties by Tommy Bolin absolutely won of the best songs you will ever hear. Unfortunately, the song is studio version. He passed away when he was very young, so there is no live version of it This song is amazing and I would love to hear the reactions you guys get from this song one of the most underrated guitar players I have ever heard. Thanks and keep up the great work.
why does this song feel familiar you ask? the riff in this song is basic 1950s rock n roll in the style of Chuck Berry and others played both faster and louder ACDC was influenced by him and did a cover of his song School day and when Angus started to learn to play guitar chuck berry songs was among he first he first things he learned to play as a kid that is also why he does the duck walk and the hand behind his ear like Chuck used to do on stage remember "Rock n roll ain't noise pollution its just rock' roll "
AC/DC uses call and response better than any rock and roll band out there. I think it's because Angus has such a love of blues, where it is much more prevalent.
AC/DC concerts were awesome for girls because the majority of the audience were guys...at least that's how it was when I saw them in high school (Aug 1980) *Best back to school concert ever!!
PROOF if it was ever needed that this is the best rhythm section ever.
Proof it's the best band ever
This makes you realise just how good Phill Rudd is!
No argument from me
If you hung Chris Slade from a lamppost he still wouldn't swing....@@richardcranium5048
You don't like what Chris Slade did here? He slams those skins hard.@@joejames4095
AC/DC is like ice cream. Everybody loves ice cream.
⚡️⚡️⚡️
Great reaction. I've been listening to this incredible band since the 70's and it gives me goosebumps every time.
Your so lucky I got into AC/DC in 2016
Me too. I'm 68. Been jamming with these guys since 1974
I was there that day......what a brilliant gig it was.....AC/DC were simple balls out rock n roll.......I wish there were a few more bands like them out there today🎸🎸🎸
I was there as well. It was a fantastic day with a spectacular set by AC/DC
I was there (Monsters of Rock at Donington Park)every year throughout the 80's and 1st few years of the 90's. Oh what it was to be young at the right time
Let me give a kudos to the great Chris Slade on drums here. This is my fav live era of the band, the heaviest they ever were
Great is the word.....his work with The Earth Band is amazing 👏
He just slams those skins. And he has that great wild look when he's drumming that matches the band.
It's one of the bands I've seen most times, and never get tired of them. You come with lots of energy and expectations - and yet you are loaded through the evening and go home with even more. They are an incredibly live band .
Believe me guys ACDC live are friggin unbelievable. If you guys get a chance to see them please do you won’t be disappointed
Such a great song. The whole concert was amazing. Proud moment for me. I was in the crowd. So far back but I was there.
AC/DC are our AUSSIE BAND they started in the 70's and have been the greatest in the world ever since.
One of my favourite songs and this performance was another level my dad before he passed was at this show
There is only 1 and only ever will be 1 AC/DC, they are pure Aussie Rock, many try to copy but will never ever reach the heights they have achieved. Masterpiece song MASTERPIECE PERFORMANCE 👏💪 😄👍👍👍👍.....GREAT REACTION 👍👍
The tongue thing is hilarious. He's basically licking his guitar strings while performing a series pull offs with the left hand.😆
Lo maximo AC,DC genial reacvion saludos desd latinoamerica!!
I was at this festival, wasn't really an ac/dc fan at the time, but I was by the time I left, they were absolutely brilliant, 👍 ❤️ 🏴
What's it like to Rock out in front of a sea of people all loving your music it must be like magic 🙂
I was at this gig best 1 ive ever been to and I've seen AC/DC 16 times.
Love the songs from early AC/DC. My teenage years. Can’t help but smile and nod my head when their songs come on
Powerful riffs so amazing performance
Chris Slade took Ac/dc to another level on the drums during this tour. Watch "Let there be rock" from the same concert. It´ll blow you away.
Hands down the best acdc line up ever. He took that band to a new level.
If you hung Chris Slade from a lamppost he still wouldn't swing....
another amazing reaction to the best band in the world AC/DC
They were on 🔥 that day. Donington was the best show from a fantastic band. The best in the world 🌍🎻🎤🎶
I think this might be from their concert video “Live, At Donnington”….which I have on DVD…. I highly recommend picking it up if you find a copy….fantastic concert….AC/DC is just such a fun band…I’ve seen them once.
The greatest Rock & Roll band ever!
I've had the pleasure of seeing them on 4 different concert tours and They Always put on a Great Show!!! All in the early to mid 80's.. From Back in Black tour forward!! Always Great!!! 😎🤘💯💥
I was there…. Best night of my life.
Damn I love Aussie rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fabulous reaction! This is the acdc I started with in the seventies. Love the brian Johnson era too.
?
One of the best ever Rock bands to come out of Australia
Or any place else!
In the this universe 😊
How Angus Crazy Young, has not damaged that brain of his shaking it for all of these years is beyond me 😮
I think the exact same thing every time I see him 😂 I think it’s pretty miraculous that his brain isn’t scrambled.😊
In the early days he used proper headbang these days his goes down first.
I feel the same way,I saw them 4 different concert tours back in the early 80's and Angus was an animal!! Great Concerts from Back in Black and Forward.. All with Brian Johnson, never got to see Bon Scott regrettably!! Always a great show!!!
Apparently you've never heard him talk
Who says he hasn't 😂
Como suena la guitarra, como toca la batería y que voz
AC/DC 👍🤘
great reaction, brilliant song, good version, but the best ACDC version of it is with the original singer bon scott
Great reaction. I've never seen that video before. They always seem to put on an epic show. Wish I'd seen one of the concerts.
I was at this one.....great show as always
God I would be knacked after two songs, wish I could have seen them back in the day, brilliant.
I loved it even more when Bon Scott said it on the original recording
C/DC Live At River Plate was recorded in Buenos Aires in December 2009 when nearly 200,000 fans (over 3 sold-out nights) thunderously welcomed AC/DC back after a 13-year absence from Argentina.

Pure kick ass Rock and Roll
I saw them once in 1980 I think when back in black came out..in Madison Square Garden..just pure rock and roll
Thats why we become musicians , the energy , the power the I don't know what to call coming from the croud , playing the music together etc and adrenaline shot u get its revitalize . I don't know how to explain it
That was just one song, imagine 2 hours of that. Awesome!
This song really highlights the "blues" sound that really was a large influence over Malcolm and Angus.
You will have to watch a video of this concert in the daylight to get a full view of the audience. Donington is a huge racetrack. 😂❤
Showing my age here saw them tour this album in Australia 76 .77
AC/DC awesome famous Australian band 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Yeah, the Young brothers born in Scotland and Brian Johnson is from the north east of England.
Made in Scotland. The late great Bon Scott was Scottish too, hence his nickname
Fantastic day that day. Bloody hot but fantastic. Can’t believe it’s been over 30 years already since this happened. Time doesn’t half fly by 😢

I love that Donington gig.
They were right on it.

Gotta see the original clip with Bon Scott

Of course, AC/DC for me was 1978/1979 but I always have great pleasure listening to them

Plain boogie woogie Rock and Roll. Simple 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
193 songs speaks for itself. ALL BALLS ROCK. 🤘🎸🤘

That was a great day 🤘
oh man, i just cant take to this singer, give me Bon Scott any day
Yep , AC DC are what i grew up with before they decided to become famous . Thanks for reliving my youth >
Decided to "become famous"? I think they wanted that from the beginning, especially as they saw their older brother George being famous in the Easybeats and then being guided by him about the highs and lows of fame.
@@kevkoala Yeah should of left out "Decided to" and just gone with Became Famous . Bloody Bourbon :)

Fun fact about this song. The main chords in the chorus are A, C, D, C.
No they are not.... A - C - D - A
1 of their first hits, way back in 1974.
Ac dc leyendas

I love AC/DC but I especially love Angus’s antics onstage ❤❤😂
I've always said that Malcolm was the engine that drove the AC/DC train.
don’t forget reaction jailbreak at the same live
I was there. Crowd of 65,500
