how big of battery can i use? i know they come with a 400mah pack but that battery compartment looks roomy. i got one of these in the mail. hows the durability?

I currently own an xk a220 P40, which I've repainted; basically its original camo colour made it hard to see against tree lines, resulting in a crash; the only casualty was my complacency/smugness thank God; well anyway, the P40 is now painted red with yellow control surfaces, so hopefully I'll be able to see it in the air properly. I definitely want an XK A210, lol! P.S. Thanks for sharing, and keep up the great work!

It seems like it flies pretty nice. I've always been a little weirded out by plugging the plane in, then turning on the TX. I was taught to do the opposite to avoid interference. Maybe that was just a 72mhz thing? What are your thoughts on this?
I just follow the instructions they gave. For most 2.4ghz spread spectrum systems it doesn't really matter since it's a digital signal. I think those old school 72mhz systems were analog based so perhaps that's why there is interference. I never used those old systems. Way before my time...

Is it easy to fly a plane coming from a quad?
I went the other way. Started with planes, then quads. I felt quads were way harder than planes.

They're all about the same but you'll have to watch all the videos to see the subtle differences. Some fly a little faster/slower... some are better in wind than others but you'll need to see for yourself to make the best judgement.

About the same really. This one might be slightly better but that's highly subjective.

I was checking this out recently, I liked the color, but I think it's a little overpriced right now. Price should come down to around $80 or so in the future.
What else out there that is comparable is $80? Got any examples? I couldn't find anything in that price range.

@@AlbertKimTV well the price fluctuates like everything. Some of the eachine warbirds were $120 or so, but eventually got down to the $70-$80 range and I expect the same for this. Maybe not right now, but in the future like I mentioned.
