    Okay I will have to say this
    This has by far been the best pad Thai recipe I’ve come across! The taste of the pad Thai was just fantastic. You have outdone yourself and have surpassed big chefs too in this recipe. That sambal oelek sauce was out of this world and can be used to make stir frys too. Sharing this recipe with everyone possible💕

    Finally found a great pad thai recipe, i usually don’t find vegetarian pad thai in USA so this recipe satisfied my craving for pad thai. It was so delicious.

    I'd tried these noodles at pataya, it was little sweet and sour. They had added shrimps to it alongwith all vegetables, taste was excellent.

    The sauce became hard while cooking 😢... like a stone... why do you think it would have happened?

    • @Shreya_Agarwala
      @Shreya_Agarwala  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      May be u cooked on very high flame and for a lot of time. Just Cook in low flame the sambal olek sauce, the rawness needs to go away. That's all . And mix with other sauces in a bowl seperately. also u may add little water in the end so that it combines properly

    to anyone who's reading this:
    Please avoid using 10 red chilies , I guess Degi Mirch have been used which obviously she hasnt mentioned. Its extremely irresponsible and harmful behaviour on her part, so if you want to avoid having throat problems, please use half the red chillies at max

    • @Shreya_Agarwala

      Hi Sir. I am well aware of what I use. In the recipe we have used only half sauce of what we prepared,presicely 5 chilly. Please see the video properly , u will understand. Also I am a chef and I do understand the ingredients and science behind food very well 😊

      @@Shreya_Agarwala ma'am, then I'd request you to communicate the servings and the ingredients according to that. You made one serving ig? I had to make 4, yet I only used 10 chillies. I'm sure you know your thing well, but I'm just asking you to let the servings etc known! Cheers 👍

      This recipe serves 3 (So I have used 5 red chilly... That means half the sauce for 3 servings ) I have mentioned in the video before starting the preperation . Also will write in comment to make it more clear from next time. Thankyou for the suggestion
