Yes so true don't fast track anything
There is one important aspect nobody is mentioning in terms of the linear, hierarchical or tribal based governance model?
In a linear, hierarchical or tribal based governance model only one service provider gets to instantiate policy or the rules that govern other service providers or the way they behave. In this case its the british parliamentary provider.
If maori want to have a seat at the table then the governance model has to change from linear, hierarchical or tribal based to non-linear, non-hierarchical or non-tribal. Then each apparent service provider including maori can influence what rules govern what resource or the behaviour of those resources through the sharing of policy management.
This is why or how the british parliamentary service provider is able to "get away" with all of their hegemonic, ego based policies because of way the governance model has been setup or instantiated.
Debbie Ngarewa-Packer and other apparent politicians need to realise this if they are going to make any real change to our human sociopolitical or economic system.
Bollocks
TPM only have a tiny fraction of the vote. They have no mandate to change anything.
